The guy taking the order was awesome. Gave recommendations on new flavors, didn’t just try to upsell. Other than him, this location is trash. The restaurant was dirty, from the tables to the floor. The bathroom was disgusting and it took about 30 min for the order to come out.

This place had let me down . I am a wing fanatic but this place has low standards on flavor and quality. Not only my wings keep over cooked, but they were also dry. I thought original hot was sauce not a dry rub. It hasn’t been the first time it has happened, most definitely not going back!

I’m highly disappointed in the customer service at this wingstop and they were extremely slow. I ordered my food and waited more then 40 minutes to get my order and then my wings were cold after I asked what’s going on with my food and they said it was almost done. I asked for my refund and then they said it’s coming out so I took the order. But the food was cold and I was on my lunch as well and had to be back at work. I was highly disappointed and will let everyone know about this establishment!!! Do not go here because you will be let down and waiting forever for cold food!!!

Well fast food what can I say, it’s a chain of food service that will always be an issue and yet they all still ask for more money when the simple task can’t be completed, ordered on line and almost an hr to get the food my daughter had to wait there because they gave our order to someone else, all I say is do ur job right double check and get good reviews

I always come here and they always forget something in my order. First tried to call in but the phone had a busy tone. Then, they took almost 40 minutes for my order when they said 18. Everyone that came in after me got their order before me. I had to ask them twice about my order. And to top it off they don’t even apologize for their mistake. Rude and unorganized.
