We chose Crystal Tavern for my mother-in-law’s birthday celebration and were met with a highly pleasing experience. The occasion was joyous, and the delightful dining added to our merriment. With an extensive selection of seafood that catered to our varied palates, the cuisine left us satisfied. While the service was competent and could benefit from further finesse, it did not detract from our overall enjoyment. Crystal Tavern made our special occasion memorable, creating an atmosphere of contentment for everyone present.

We ate here for lunch and dinner small/limited menu. The tomahawk steak was good, but not $165 great. I don’t ever mind spending money on mouth-watering food, but i was a smidgen disappointed. Menu said creamed kale, and it was definitely not creamed.

We had the most amazing, attentive wonderful server Brenda! She went ABOVE AND BEYOND for our table! We were dining w/three little kids. She made sure their food was out asap and also shared drawing stuff to keep them busy! We also have a family member w/celiac. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt safe and knew all the gf df options! We loved our dinner! My vegetarian dinner was incredible! The hummus app YUMMY too! Highly recommend checking out Crystal Tavern when visiting Crystal Springs golf resort!

The mussels were great , the 60$ steak how ever was ordered medium rare, came out in some points well, also had a extremely chewy consistency. The fat wasn’t rendered either on the steak. Idk why they cut it before bringing it to you, weird way to present that cut as it’ll dry it out. First time I’ve had to add salt and pepper to a steak at a restaurant. It was not seasoned properly at all.

We ordered the friend chicken and couldn’t manage more than a single bite because it seemed to be just dipped in flour alone that was burnt so when we picked it up all of the “breading” fell off and we were left with a bare piece of chicken. I can honestly say this was the worst food I ever have had a restaurant. The only reason for two starts was that the staff and specifically the bartender Eric were all so great.

Delightful Easter Lunch! The food was superb. I had a crab cake sandwich with homemade chips. We had a wonderful view overlooking the grounds and our waitress was so attentive without being annoying. Bravo Crystal Tavern!

Service was great (thank you, Sierra). Delicious food. Unfortunately, the weather caused way too many golfers indoors. It was so loud you couldn’t carry on a conversation. Besides the fact that the group was inconsiderate, loud, obnoxious, and some of them on their cell phones. No considerations for the diners which included children. Felt very bad for the staff.
