I’ve eaten here before, and their pizza is good and moderately priced. However yesterday I attempted to place an order by phone and was directed to some sort of call center. The man asked me some details about my order, then said he was redirecting the call somewhere else. 5 seconds later the call ended. I called papa John’s instead, and they were actually able to take my call and deliver my order. What a joke.

I always order from the app, I have to update it most times but I order my same order I always get…it’s usually about an hour for delivery. Well this location has stepped up its game from a couple months ago cause I received my pizza piping hot, fast and it was fabulous and kudos to the kid delivery driver he was hustling! Definitely will be ordering more from here.

This location has gone significantly downhill. Used to be dependable and consistent. Ordered today – my order wasn’t ready until after my estimated timeframe (ok fine – no problem). When I went in to get the order I gave them my name (I had already checked in online) and they then asked me to recite my order to them??? Ok – fine here’s my app – here’s my order. As I’m leaving I ask for packets of crushed peppers and Parmesan and am told they are “$1.50 each right now.” Do not see that on the menu when I try to order online – so now I question if this is even accurate. They can’t make it easy to just get carry out pizza anymore.

Employees need better customer service training. Over 2 hours for my delivery to even be in the oven so I go up there, ask to just get my order, refund my tip and delivery fee, cashier argued for over 5 min that he wasn’t refunding me. His side kick preparing the dough tried to refuse to make my order because I asked for a refund of my tip and delivery fee.. as I should’ve since I was the one PICKING UP my order. Also gave me someone else’s order too.

The app never works, can’t order online and the store never answers the phone. I’ve waited on hold for 10+ minutes. It’s a shame because the pizza is really good but I’ll never waste 30 minutes+ trying to order again. Get it together, you lost a customer for life.

Ordered delivery from here tonight & selected HAND MY ORDER TO ME at checkout. Waiting for the driver to come & get a notification saying “enjoy” even though nobody knocked or rantg the doorbell. My food is outside on the ground. I called the store to let them know their drivers aren’t following instructions ave I’m met with “Well you got your food, so what?” And then abruptly hung up on. If this is how you your customers we will take our business elsewhere

One Of the Worst Domino’s EVER. Customer service is horrible. I asked for a refund on my delivery fee he told me no. The manager is very disrespectful. He cursed me out and complained about the concerns I had for my order also said he’s been there for 15 years which explains why he’s so miserable. If I could give 0 stars I would. Disgusting

Pretty upset that I ordered pizzas for my daughters birthday party this evening only to receive a message an hour later that my order was cancelled. When I tried to call the store it just kept ringing and ringing. Incredibly inconvenient considering it’s 10:30 and I’ve had to order from somewhere else and wait even longer. Not cool dominos.
