Food was good here Had the cowboy burger very tasty. Prices are reasonable. They also have happy hour prices fir drinks. Staff was helpful and nice here. Very quiet place to relax and enjoy lunch the place is nicely decory. I gave it a four star because the restrooms didn’t smell good maybe a sewer issue of the day other than that everything was good here.

Our visit was very unpleasant, which was sad to experience as this is a location we go to frequently. The server went MIA for 25 minutes without explanation or backup and we had to look for help as there was no one in the front. We had no utensils, drinks were empty and order was wrong. The manager tried to help but he was overwhelming by the other tables having the same needs and unpleasant experience. The time we got our utensils and order was correct food was cold and didn’t get to enjoy eating as a family. The table kiosk wasne working and the front staff didn’t know how to check us out in our time waiting we figured it out with the kiosk they had at the front.

Janelle is the worst person to be greeting people. No smile is not friendly at all. Normally we have no wait for the bar, but she said 10 minutes turned out to be 20 minutes, then a guy came in he went straight to the bar Janelle said he wasn’t ordering food but we finally got seated he was eating. As we were eating, other people just came in and sat down. Let her wash the dishes! The guy that was bartending/waiter was awesome! He was friendly, courteous, and as busy as he was he was very attentive! The food was not Red Robin’s quality! My burger, I asked for pink in the middle and was extra well done, so grey and dry! The egg was burnt on the bottom and slimy. Except for the Bartender/Waiter he was awesome, but front of the house and food way subpar for Red Robin’s

Arrived Sunday around 4PM and was sat right away. Mariah was our server and she was 10/10. Not only did she give us plenty of time to look over the menu, she was on top of drink and sauce refills throughout our entire meal. Thanks again for the great service!
