As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Was just in there. Drive through was lined up so I went in to order. Sat there for 10 minutes while I could here the staff talking very inappropriate. By the way they knew I was standing there. After 15 minutes of nobody saying a single word to me I walked out and went elsewhere.. Very unprofessional and embarrassing if it was my business. Don’t know why but I decided to go back today and waited 10 min before I was even acknowledged then this is what I paid for without a receipt. Sad

Very short staffed which means longer wait periods, regardless of what you are ordering. The staff was very friendly, attentive, warm and considerate. The employees operated together and had an order of doing things, which seemed to work – although it was at least a half hour wait time. The food was so dry that I had a hard time swallowing, I asked for no sauce but I got it anyway. I ordered for three people, my sandwich on top of being dry the edges was rock hard. I ordered 3 sandwichs, 1 order of fry’s and 5 wings, and a small slushy. It cost 25 dollars never ever again.

Took awhile very busy, but the food was hot and good. Workers were very nice. First time I went here it was good but the last couple of times way different story. Twice there was some reason why they weren’t taking orders and was very rude. And once walked up there in plenty of time to go in and order if fact in was 2 in a half hours before they locked the doors and it was locked but they were doing the drive thru. I keep getting short a hamburger not once but twice told them right away and made us feel like we were in the wrong. Even counted it before we pulled away from the window and they would not fix it. So I give up on this place for good. I wouldn’t tell anyone anymore to go there like I used to. It’s sad it was good.
