I was visiting family in Troy and ordered a pizza from here and it was amazing. I had it delivered and they said 30 minutes but it can 20 minutes and I swear the pizza was hot as if they baked it next door from where I was. I love Donatos Pizza! I do wish they would bring back the Zinger! It’s the best! Thank you for great customer service!

I ordered for late night delivery and was a little confused when the driver arrived 30 minutes after the notification I got that they had left go delivery because it’s not even 10 minutes from my house. Needless to say it was because when they were driving the first time he had to slam on his breaks compromising the quality of the pizzas. Instead of delivering them the driver returned to the store to have them remade and delivered 4 pizzas instead of 2 (the compromised and the new ones). I was appreciative of the quality and customer satisfaction he wanted to uphold.

I have been really disappointed in my experiences here lately, and after last week, I don’t think we will be getting delivery here again. Although it is good pizza, the customer service is not worth it. Every single time we have gotten delivery, we never receive our sauces. Also, they have changed to doordash delivery, so my pizza came almost an hour after the estimated time that I was given (it was a weeknight). I tried calling multiple times to see what was going on with no answer, and I even sent in two customer service requests to have someone contact me, but I have yet to here anything. The pizza was so cold by the time we got it and again, missing the condiments. With how much they cost, I hate that the customer service at this location is so poor.

It is a nice little location directly across from the library and just a few blocks from the center of downtown Troy. The food was very good and the service quick and courteous. Perhaps the location could have been a little more tidy, but, it wasn’t too bad at all. Will definitely pay them a visit again in the future.

Yesterday we ordered two subs and they were both saturated with oil and dripping heavily and the oil was going through the sandwich box and there was a big puddle of oil in each box. So I squeezed my sub to get the excess oil out and it was a lot. I called donatos and told them and the lady said she could the amount it called for and I told her no way because these boxes are saturated and have a puddle of oil in them in my sub was soaked clear through. She did not care and we are done doing business with them

The kids at this location appear to have zero management or guidance.Too laid back.My pizza was great,it was done fast,and I was treated politely.My issue? I walked out with my pizza and not having ever been to this location I thought it might be a good idea to look at it before leaving.Now keep in mind I have left the store at this point with what I thought was my pizza.I had ordered a simple 3 topping pizza.Upon opening the box the smell of green peppers, which I hate,was overwhelming..green peppers….sausage….not my pizza! I went back in and explained and they found my pizza sitting there.Now my issue is they took the wrong pizza that I had left the store with and put it back on the shelf with THE RIGHT ticket for the customer to pick up.Disgusting.It should have went right in the trash.Good job running off a first time customer.The employees have time to look at a cell phone,stand around and tell jokes and stories,but cant hand a customer the correct pizza order.Where is management??

Really gone downhill in the past 2 years. My pizza arrived cold, the spinach was just dumped on top of the cheese, not cooked under like in the pictures, and the delivery driver didn’t even knock or ring the doorbell to let me know he was here. I’m too tired to wait for a replacement pizza so I’m going to try to warm it in the oven.
