This place is awful since the renovation. Not sure if it’s just this location or the direction McDonald’s is taking as a company, but the atmosphere is miserable. The place looks like it was furnished by Ikea, and they have removed all of the self-help stations. If you need ketchup, napkins, a straw, or a refill on your drink, you need to go to the counter. However, the counter is not staffed since they expect you to use the kiosks, the one self-help feature no one asked for. If it’s at all busy, forget about the napkins or refill on your drink.

The workers are nice, but the last two times I’ve been my quarter pounder (which is typically cooked very well done) has had pink in the middle. They just aren’t meant to be cooked that way, hope no one gets sick. I will not be returning to this location. They also seem to have issues with their mobile order system, which I’ve never experienced at other locations.

They will sabotage every concept that resonates with the terms “orderly”, “organized”, and “cooperative”. If you’re doing drive-thru, check your bag. Literally, open the containers & verify it’s what you ordered. It’s like the person assembling your burgers is messing it up on purpose. This is a recently reconstructed branch- you’d think they would make an excellent fresh start.

New building is nice. Went in recently and very disappointed with seeing dirty tables everywhere. Asked for napkins or someone to clean the tables and were told he didn’t know where the napkins were. NO offer to come clean the table!! Napkins were found and we were handed a few.

This is absolutely THE worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. It never fails that they make me go to the waiting area when I order at the drive thru, even when no one is behind me. That’s cheating the system so the time passing doesn’t get counted against them on their clocking system. This time will be the absolute last. We just waited 15 minutes in the drive thru and then we get the order and it’s wrong. I don’t know how this place stays open. Should have spent the money they used on renovating and hired more people instead of making the inside all gadgets that no one wants to use.

Absolutely done with this McDonald’s myself. It started off with little things like no sauce which eh no big deal. Then it was a not mixed milkshake…syrup on the bottom and only on the bottom. After that it was missed ingredients…got two cheese burgers BOTH with just the patty. Continuing this tradition of not adding things today we ordered 2 big breakfasts and there was no pancakes…oh but there was ONE hotcake syrup! When we called they said we can pick it up and that it was too busy. I get it I really do…but it is also my understanding that every McDonald’s is busy. Mistakes are meant to happen we are human we have to learn but when you keep making the same mistakes it just shows that you don’t care.

If you want to waste 30 minutes waiting for a single order that thell mess up or some how hear you wrong this is the place. How do you think a large number 5 means a cup of ice. This place was better with 1 drive through before they remodeled don’t waste your time here unless you have nothing better to do. Edit: so cool how they never have any of the limited time items not on day 1 day 2 day 3 or any day for that matter give up going here its really a waste of time

Ordered food for 4 people, including a med fry and a lg fry. See pictures: they look pretty much the same size (and no, they didn’t come loose in the bag). Sandwich wasn’t well wrapped, again, see pic). They put all the food, including a Happy Meal box, in one bag; even after the Happy Heal was taken out it couldn’t be closed to keep the food warm on my trip back to the house. I worked at this same McDonald’s and know the standards for bagging food, and this wasn’t even close.
