Most breakfast & brunch restaurants start with the same script: eggs, batter, coffee & a big ol’ griddle. We’ve found scripts are a lot like pancakes, they’re best when flipped, so we’re always looking to turn the best breakfast classics upside-down & on their side. Stop by for delicious pancakes, french toast, benedicts, breakfast burritos, oatmeal, breakfast sandwiches, bacon & more! From paleo to vegetarian & vegan or dairy free & gluten free friendly, we’ll happily accommodate food allergies & diets.
We want each morning to feel like your weekend & happy hour rolled into one, so our restaurants feature a full bar with alcoholic beverages. From mimosas to bloody marys, margaritas & local craft beers, we’ve got cocktails & brews covered!
Vibrant, retro chain serving a seasonal menu of creative breakfast & lunch fare, plus cocktails. Based on 99 reviews, the restaurant has received a rating of 4.4 stars. Price $$

I hate breakfast food. I often get sick from the smell or idea of it but was tasked with finding a place to eat while visiting Houston. Oh. My. God. This food is up there with the best breakfast food much less the best meal I’ve ever had. I loved the classy cocktail with breakfast vibe and every bite of food was amazing! I really was trying to shovel more than I could stomach at the end but the leftovers later incited a happy dance. Place was packed so get in on their online wait line!

Vibe- Very nice location on the corner of a shopping center! There’s about 15 tables outside and they’re all covered with umbrellas so you don’t have to worry about too much heat in the warm months. There’s a bar inside with a good amount of bar chairs and there’s plenty of tables inside too.

Delicious pancakes. Excellent portions. Restaurant was full and we had a 40 minutes wait before sitting down. The food was promptly served after ordering. Very good customer service. The noise level was very high since the restaurant was very full. Indoor and outdoor seating available. I would recommend the restaurant highly. I don’t know if the long wait time is typical for Sunday brunch. Thank you.

Our kids wanted to try Snooze so we did. The food and service was good. The only hiccups were the coffee drinks. I got a hot (lukewarm) cappuccino….3 stars, my wife gave her iced mocha coffee drink 3 stars. My breakfast burrito was amazing and chock full of goodies…..5 stars. Wifey got a 3 egg omelet and a side of fruit…..3 stars. They’re a tad pricy….over 50 dollars for two people. Our kids got a double bacon sammich, a signature flight of pancakes and one sammich I am wit’ bacon….all 5 stars. We tasted everything and will be back for more goodies. Our server Lesly did an excellent job.

The food here was great as well as the service (not to attentive) other than the confused waiter (man dressed like a woman) who was in the background chiming in while my family and I were having a private conversation about the bill (which was covered as it was a soft opening and the proceeds went the Ronald McDonald House) amount and how you’re not paying for the quantity (which was okay compared to the price) but the quality (which was fantastic). The total was $104

First timer visiting any Snooze location and now I know what all the fuss is about! Absolutely amazing taste profiles on what was ordered (Shrimp & Grits, Crab Cake Benedict and Blueberry Danish Pancake) during this “soft opening weekend”. I believe their grand opening at this new West University Snooze (3191 W. Holcombe Rd) is set for Wednesday March 22, 2023. The place was packed of course and it seemed everyone, both customers & staff, were happy and all smiles. After being greeted by hosts stationed inside the front door and getting seated, service was very very attentive and the restaurant took this opportunity to do extensive training for all employees including the bar area, dining area and kitchen. My table host today was Peyton aka “P” and she did an amazing job as did certainly the kitchen!

This is the 3rd location of Snooze I have been to. Kind of partial to the Montrose location, but the decor was good. Got an Americano. Next time will skip coffee, very bitter, and only Stevia and real sugar on table. Waitstaff was great, no complaints there. The menu has changed since last time I went. Lots of choices, not sure we made the right ones. The company at table was good, but the vibe in the restaurant should be cool jazz or even some instrumental chill music to go with Decor. What did my ears hear but hard metal, so loud and out of place. The Playlist was atrocious. In past had tried French toast, pancakes, got corned beef hash and breakfast tacos- hash browns were good, sourdough toast and eggs. The tacos had bacon added, but it was the candied, not straight bacon, so my spouse ate it, but was not happy. Should have been straight no frills bacon. Not sure if we will try again.
