We made reservations to go for dinner, our friend Ann Maria Villa was singing. I had grilled artichoke hearts over arugula with shaved Parmesan cheese on top. My wife had burrata cheese, with balsamic vinegar drizzle over arugula salad. For my entree I had “Gnocchi Bolognese”. It was very fresh and the sauce was very tasty. My wife had the lobster and shrimp ravioli in a lobster pink cream sauce. She ate her whole meal so it must have been good. My wife for dessert a double espresso, and Italian cheesecake. I had amaretto on the rocks with creme brulee. Overall the atmosphere was very nice, the wait staff was very attentive, and our food came out hot.

Food was delicious, sangria ok not traditional, we added shots of vodka to tone down sweetness, loved the Expresso Martinis after we added an xtra shot of Baileys…drinks need fine tuning, giving 5 stars for the food.

We initially had a party of 8 for my daughter’s and my friend’s son’s birthday. And then about an hour or so later I had another family join. La Volpe staff accommodated with no problem. Staff was absolutely professional and we had no problems whatsoever. Food was delicious and theyecen sang happy birthday for the kids. We never felt rushed to leave and were always showered with smiles. I can thank La Volpe so much for making our family night so wonderful. Best Italian around here hands down.

This place is a gem! The atmosphere is enchanting. It’s like home only better. The staff is always on point. The cuisine… I don’t have words to describe it appropriately. All I can say is that anything you order will be amazing. And I recently had the opportunity to taste their Italian cheesecake. It’s like eating the most amazing cloud you have ever tasted. Additionally it’s a family-owned business and if you go there more than once your family.

I like eating here. Or take out. A well established pizza and restaurant with very good food, cooked and served by good people, a family owned business. It’s not easy finding good pizza these days but you will definitely get it here, as well as a good vibe, great service, and a nice atmosphere. The best in the area.

My family has never had a bad experience or a bad meal here at La Volpe.. These guys know pizza and they know fine Italian dining.. Great attitudes and great service from the staff here, literally every time we stop in for dinner.. The brick oven is always going and the pizza, either by the slice or pie, is some of the best on Long Island without a doubt. The owners are good people and have a long and rich history with this area.. They’ll always greet you with a smile and take good care of you.. There’s takeout and seating in the pizza shop in the back, but for the real experience you should be seated up front in the dining room.. An excellent menu and well trained staff will make your time spent here well worth it!! If you’re looking for delicious authentic Italian food at a reasonable price, La Volpe is definitely your place!!
