big kudos to the manager on shift, knocking out orders and interviews while maintaining FOH and BOH cleanliness, I mean soon as 6 fries hits the floor she wants answers on why her floor is dirty and I respect that. was gonna get on Veronica due to her prioritizing cute boys on tiktok vs prioritizing her job duties but she respected the 5 foot rule which is becoming a lost art and she made sure I got my food fresh before transitioning to drive thru and as far as the rest of the staff. Communicator was great, but the guy working fries shouldn’t remove his gloves, wipe his hands on his pants and then go back to touching food, he might need a hand washing safety course to redo. Bathrooms were clean and stocked, you could tell the walls had been wiped recently which is a plus, but your water temp should be hotter if you plan on keeping bacteria to a minimal. all in all I highly recommend this location over all Mickey D’s I’ve visited and that includes before the reviews

I’m truly horrified. I ordered 3 large fries. Everything seemed ok until I got home and dumped the fries on a plate. There was a deep fried cockroach. Truly disgusted. I never screamed so loud. I will be lodging a complaint to the manager in the morning. The staff seem nice but now I know they are lazy and dont clean out their oil in their deep fryer. Yuck.

This place should be condemned, only on very very case by case emergencies do I ever go to this place, the most incompetent people work here and are way over payed. 1. Always check your order, they can’t count. 2. Unwrap every sandwich and double check you are getting what you ordered. In 15 years of living near this establishment this is what I learned.

I recently placed an order for my granddaughters. We were missing key items. I called to report that nearly half the order was paid for but missing. The response of 2 separate employees was reprehensible. I was a regular customer as was my son and his family, and dozens of their friends in their sub. Never again. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered.

Very rude the lady working at the counter. I asked her for help at the kiosk because I wanted a large drink with my combo for breakfast and it would not let me select drink size she. Told me to go through the drive-through. I said well I’m sorry I’d never got training on the kiosk. And I dont work at McDonald’s was already inside trying to ordet I was not going through the drive. Refuse to help me so I left very rude.

I can only base my review on my own experience and it was a good one. My food came out fast and was very hot and both people at the drive thru windoes were very friendly and despite others saying it’s always closed early, my visit was around 11:30 at night.

Probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever had. First forgot the sauces, second the food was so flat, soggy fries. Third all three of our large drinks were completely flat. We spent almost $40 for this? Threw away money food. WHAT A JOKE!

Family stopped to try the new Strawberry Shortcake McClure, Horrible. First they were not mixed. They just dumped some freeze dried pink substance on top of the ice cream. My wife said it was like cereal. Looked nothing like pictures, or the TV commercials. Also no shortcake just the pink freeze dried cereal topping. Worst McFlury ever.
