They messed up our order yesterday. I paid $2 for cheese on my sandwich and they forgot it. My wife’s sub was supposed to have oil and vinegar dressing, they forgot that also. I called and they offered to remake our order and deliver it. I declined and they set up a $7 credit to my phone number. So since I already paid $2 for the cheese they really offered a $5 credit. Pretty lame since they offered to remake our $30 plus dollar order.

The only reason I keep using this place is because of all the free sandwiches I have been rewarded for them either delivering the wrong sandwich or the delivery itself taking over an hour (I’m 1.4 miles away). This is going to be the last time I use this store which is unfortunate bc when its delivered correctly the sandwiches are pretty good. Just an assumption, but I don’t think management has things in order/enough staff. Picking up the food may be the better option over delivery for this location

I truly don’t know how difficult it is to make a sandwich but this place can’t make a simple sandwich to save their lives. I ordered a turkey Tom with mayo easy lettuce and cut only they add cheese and vinger oil. I also ordered a turkey with bacon with mayo only and I came with pretty much everything. Hiw hatd is it to read and order and make it? Obviously really hard because they FAILED HORRIBLY.

We love Jimmy John’s sandwiches!. Ordered their Giant size #4 Turkey Tom sandwich. Requested extra yellow mustard paks, oil and vinegar dressing on side. At this particular time of my visit, it was quite busy and the wait timecwas over 8 minutes to get my sandwich. The employee offered me a free cookie due to the wait.

So. I’ve been to many JJ’s in many states and also many in Las Vegas. This one is by far, THE BEST I’ve been to. Mark is the best sandwich maker I’ve had at any JJ’s period. He is also the best manager and customer service rep JJ’s could ever have. His attitude is amazing. I’ve seen him short handed and still make everyone feel comfortable and takes care of everything and everyone. If I had my own business I would steal Mark is a second. He is amazing. The owner of this store should be very happy to have him. Keep up the good work. Jaxon and I will be back. My 6 year old loves the store and Mark and his employees. (When he has any)

It never fails! Everytime i place an order at this location requesting additional items, whether its free jimmy peppers or extra meat/avacado they will neglect to add them. With an upcharge of $2 to $4, plus delivery fee, plus tip i expect to receive a correct order. No attention to detail, this is people’s food. What if your negligence causes an allegic reaction? READ!!

First impression and 1st time ordering. Kierra, answered the phone and hung up on me before I finished my address. I called back and asked to speak to the manager. She said she was the manager. I said, “The one that just hung up on me?” She said, “I didn’t hang up on you.” I gave her my order and she attempted to run my card and hung up on me again. I called back and she said it didn’t go through and asked if I would like to try again. I said yes, after giving her my card info, she hung up on me a 3rd time. I called back and Malcolm processed the order. She then gave the delivery driver the wrong unit number delaying the arrival of my order. She never apologized or took ownership for this COMPLETE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I have always loved Jimmy John’s. In fact, I used to drive quite a ways to go there. The ingredients are SO fresh compared to other sub shops. That’s one main draw, the freshness. I had lunch there with my son yesterday. He can usually eat a full 12″ from [the competition], but after eating only an 8″ Vito, no chips, he said he was full. I told him it’s because they use real food.
