Over priced compared to what we got. The menu seemed to oversell the ingredients, but sounding fancy and tasting it are two different things. It took over 40 minutes to get our entire order, and that was after waiting more than 15 minutes to have our order taken. Based on the number of empty tables it wasn’t a busy night, but maybe our server had more tables that we couldn’t see. A thoroughly below par meal with inattentive service.

Food was mediocre and greasy. The service was sub par. I debated leaving a tip at all. We went on an afternoon they were not busy. I think they had maybe 6 other customers inside. The waitress brought out or meals at different times. She failed to refill drinks requested 2xs. She was complacent and inattentive. Disappointed. 4 people cost me 100$ including a 10$ tip. Food was mediocre and not worth the price. Had meatball appetizer, maple sausage pizza. My daughter and her husband had sandwiches.

It was overpriced and just awful. I’ve had better lasagna from the microwave. Yesterday’s bread, maybe? It was as hard as a rock. Cold fries. Just awful. Zero stars. Yes, it was take-out, but I live literally 2 minutes away.

I was disappointed with my food. I ordered the lasagna, and it was flavorless. The sauce seemed to come from a can and be unseasoned. I have had better lasagna in a microwave dinner. The steak sandwich was heavy on bread light on steak. The fries were soggy and grease laden. Total waste of money.

Service was terrible!! We ordered a steak salad, kids Mac and cheese, and split a pizza. We kept having to track down our waitress when we thought they forgot about us. She kept telling us it was almost out of the oven, then just waiting on the steak, 5 more minutes, almost out of the oven again….45 minutes after we ordered we were finally served cold food!! She knew we caught on she was lying about the wait time because she pretended not to notice us when we tried to get her attention. And most of our wait time was spent listening to the 20 something employees complain about the management and their jobs. The food is not worth the frustration of trying to have a relaxing night out and end up all leaving cranky and tired.

Had better overall experiences there before. My bad for not examining the bill, but hard to do when they just hand you the mobile terminal. Their bad for giving me the wrong bill, discovered through the receipt link I got by text later. The manager adjusted the bill over the phone so that ended up well, But also, the chicken in the salad was cut in big chunks and dry; extra dressing helped.
