Oh, this place has went downhill so bad I’m guessing it was a new young guy in the drive-through. He was really sweet and I think it may have been his first day, but the other employees were sitting outside against the building and he was trying his best to deliver and satisfy, but you can definitely tell nobody is managing that place

Looked like the Keystone Cops. They were all bumping into each other in the corner. Didn’t give me my biscuits with my family pack. No condiments or napkins at the condiment station. Completely empty except plenty of Sporks. I will never go back, not even for the biscuits they owe me.

I patiently waited for about twenty minutes at the drive through for someone to ask for my order,then they asked for my order, so I gave it to them. I waited for about 5 minutes for them to tell to drive around and they said wait a minute, so I waited a few minutes and then I asked again and they kept telling me to wait. .Finally I got angry because i was there for about 30 minutes, so I left and drove around and there was nobody at the window. I really do not appreciate the way they were talking to me. I say to you, you’ll need to have more employees then less, because when y’all get Busy you cannot handle the traffic. This is the worst Bojangles there ever is. First off, they apparently don’t have the original chicken anymore. Second off, I paid $26 and didn’t even get what I paid for. I asked them to add 2 chicken supremes to my supreme combo so I would have 7 and they only gave me 5. Then I ordered the Bo chicken sandwich combo and didn’t get the fries. I will NEVER go back to the Bojangles in clover SC!!!

My order was horrible. Fries were cold and soggy, biscuit was hard and I didn’t even get the rest of my order correctly. I order their chicken strip and ended up get a sausage biscuit sandwich. The sausage patty looked like a hockey puck. Dry and black. It was sooo disgusting. They NEVER have mashed potatoes. Worst part is getting home and seeing that my order was completely ruined and disgusting.

Please don’t come here at the night service .it’s not very good. Breakfast is OK. Paid for a 5 pc. Got a 3 pc. They had me wait on the side for the food, but was just barley warm. Not a great place to eat.
