It ain’t fancy, and it ain’t pretty, but it is some absolutely delicious fried chicken. It is spicy, but just right and not brutal. It reminded me of the Chicken Shack chicken you will find on Bourbon Street in New Orleans. It was my first trip, but I hope it is not my last. If you just want some awesome fried chicken, I highly recommend. Did I tell you the chicken is good?

Its Gus’s!!! Need I say more? I call up, place my order, by the time I get there it’s ready to go, hot and fresh. Give them 15 mins. Its worth it. This is a family owned one and the lady who owns it is super nice! I’m so glad we have one in Dyersburg!! I was afraid when we moved from Memphis I would get chicken this good!

That meat need be smelled and checked before frying.,coleslaw made from lettuce milky and spoil to taste.beans have been put up several times and used again old ..taste noting homemade about a store bought pie. Overcharges for spoiled banana pudding. Banana rotted inside and will throw up from smell. Sitting too long

I ordered chicken, fried rice and Mac and cheese The chicken was fried pretty good and crispy! The chicken lacked seasoning! The rice was disgusting ! The rice looked and tasted like it was a week old! The Mac and cheese was also disgusting and looked and tasted like it was cooked days ago, very dry with too much salt! After 4 hours of eating this meal, I stayed in the bathroom back and forth ! My body felt awful! I normally wouldn’t even thought about posting but I wasted over $10 and got sick!

Absolutely nothing like the REAL Gus’s. Not sure how they get away with stealing the brand name but this is horrible. We just had chicken from here and it was disgusting, fatty, and undercooked. And the kids hot dog was just on a piece of bread, no bun. Never again.
