Had smash burgers.! They were excellent. I had sweet potato fries and my hubby had onion rings with his. The food was excellent! We had a few drinks with our meal. The atmosphere was really nice. We ate outside.

Waited an hour for kids mac n cheese and a nachos app that had bullet proof cheese that wasn’t fully melted. Nachos also didn’t come with the veggies on top as described. Drinks were flat, watered down, and gross.

The food is usually good, but inconsistent. The last two times we went we had a lousy waitress. It took too long for her to get to our table, she kept getting the drink and food orders wrong and the wait…was long. The outdoor live band was a bit lout, but fabulous!

Service was slow, my food was swimming in grease, and it was delivered to me without any napkins or condiments. How do you get grease on the OUTSIDE of a burger bun? It fell apart on the plate and I spent $25 for fries and tonic water. What a joke. And the band was terrible. Wouldn’t make it past an American idol audition. Never again.

We have been coming to OnTap on and off for several years now. We were there this past Friday and Saturday evening. We ordered food both nights. The burger I ordered on Friday was over cooked and thin (not like it used to be). The Caesar salad came with fried chicken strips, not grilled as we asked for. On Saturday night we waited for one hour for our food and when it came, it was not warm. I had ordered a taco salad. The chicken wings were overcooked. We have eating here for years and just recently, the food quality has decreased. On the other hand, our waitstaff was wonderful-Kate (on Saturday night) and Katherine(on Friday evening). We probably will not be ordering food when we come again. So disappointed….

My gf and I were hesitant about coming here but decided to stop in anyway because we’re trying to get a feel for the local bar scene. We were straight up not even acknowledged after finding a spot at the bar, so we walked out. Andy if you reading this you were right. Seemed like a fun spot for a beer if we were able to get one, though. Also there were dudes chilling there with confederate flags on their hats. Like bruh they lost 158 years ago it’s time to move on
