Cedar City isn’t awash in great places to eat (spoiler alert: Cafe Rio us not authentic Mexican), so finding The Pub Craft Kitchen was a delight. It’s a super friendly spot, not fussy at all. It’s counter ordering with dishes delivered to the table. I went with the smoked bacon cheeseburger and it was delicious. I don’t know where they source their meat but man, it’s good. Fresh, rich in flavor. They did the bacon right too. Crispy! Fries are seasoned well and the ubiquitous fry sauce is done with a little flair. Good stuff. This is a great place to eat in Cedar City.

This is the one place I could consistently go to in Cedar City that always had place to sit and wonderful service. After eating at The Pub for the third time, I had to post a review. THE BEST IN TOWN! Every entree I had was of very high quality, perfect portions, and super flavorful. You absolutely must try the Bruschetta Ravioli. I highly recommend The Pub Craft Kitchen.

I feel like it was better before the rebrand. I came here last when it was the pastry pub. Had a quint vibe to it. Very college-like. Now it’s trying for a more upscale with a diminished offering of pastries now. The food is still very good, but probably on the expensive side for what you’re getting in sandwiches. My pastrami sandwich was by far one of the thinnest ones I’ve had with most Reubens/pastramis jam packed with flavor. I’d love to try the dinner dishes, but I was just visiting.

First thing I noticed when I received my Thai Chicken Salad was it looked like it had a lot of a fine powder on it. I commented that “It looks like someone poured a bottle of seasoning on the salad.” Well, it tasted just like that too. SUPER SALTY! Couldn’t even eat a 1/4. The dressing that accompanied was really good flavoring but couldn’t save the salad.

Great sandwich place with several good options. The pastrami with ciabatta bread was delicious. They had patio/street seating outside for nice and cooler days is way better to enjoy the day.

Amazing salads! Definitely the most bang for your buck in town! Staff is friendly and I have only had one less than great experience with the management when there was a mix up in my order, in the many times I have visited. Great little pub in the heart of town!

Great service, very friendly staff. I love locally owned places like this. We went on a busy night and part of our order was forgotten. When we let the staff know, they got the rest of our order out immediately, and gave us two free take-home pies. It was a nice surprise. I’ll definitely stop by here again.

I haven’t posted a review in what seems like ages because frankly everyone is overcharging for underwhelming food and service… this is not the case at The Pub… when I tell you this food was so good you’ll clean the plate I mean it (see photos)

DELICIOUS food. Great amount of meat on my pastrami sandwich. They have gluten free options. The gf bread was very soft and wasn’t falling apart like most gf breads do. Very fresh salad. Perfect amount of dressing. Awesome music and atmosphere. Friendly staff. 10/10 recommend.
