If I could give 0 stars I would!! This place caused my grandchildren to throw up.. I ordered pizza Friday for one set of grandkids and my grandson threw up the next morning.. I ordered again the next evening for granddaughter and around midnight, my daughter said she woke up throwing up. This location has gone to Hell!! The pizza is never cut!! It has teenagers doing the most and making the pizzas at the same time. Very unsanitary the way they’re handling food!!!

The pizza was good, I was in and out ordering on the app. What I didn’t like was this funky looking cookie the lady behind the counter tossed at me. I asked if I could change it for something else and she said no we don’t do that. I was in a rush so I didn’t argue. The advertisement made it look warm and gooey not hard and crumbly. Either way they can miss me on that cookie mess, try something else leave it there trust me. Go next door to the Walgreens and get some decent cookies.

Every time we come to get a classic pizza we wait 30/35 minutes. Today we went and waited 30 minutes just to have the lady complain about customers ordering AND our pizza wasn’t even cut right. We won’t be going back to that location EVER.

Staff was rude and very obviously did not want to be there. No apologies for very late orders or missing items. Wait time for people who ordered online was over a hour. Was told 15 mins when in actuality it took over 30. As unprofessional as possible. Not one employee washed their hands or even put on gloves. It’s Friday night. Of course it’s going to be busy. Management should have prepared better and staff needs a refresher course on customer service.
