The pizza hut on noblestown rd is horrible this last time I ordered not only was my food overcooked and undercooked not the right crust but it even looked like they mashed two different pizza together to fit my order. The pic is of the one they mashed together it was supposed to me half cheese half pepperoni and u can see the cheese is over cooked pepperoni is fine and they don’t match sized or crust sizes. Then to top it all off the tast of two of them was just nasty.

We ordered stuffed crust pizza and the only good thing about it was the cheese in the crust. Never have we ever ordered a pizza that came thinner than cardboard. It cracked when we ate it. If we wanted cardboard, we would have just ate the box. To top it off, the delivery driver was quite rude to my husband and snapped at him, saying the least time we ordered, we made him check to see if everything was there. We haven’t ordered pizza hut in forever. The rudeness was uncalled for.

I have ordered before a couple times but had picked it up but this time was delivery never had a issue before me and my husband ordered delivery tonight and this is what we got I ordered bbq wings this is what they looked like I ordered a medium hand tossed pizza the pieces were so small when I first opened the box i thought it was a personal pan pizza!! Also the delivery driver was nice and apologized but said he had to go back to the restaurant because he forgot the food?? total with delivery fee tip and food came to around 32$ not worth it at all don’t know if I should order again because the times I picked my food up were alot better!

I ordered a big box dinner and a 2 liter soda. The delivery driver came without the soda. When I called to get a refund, one of the workers there kept answering the phone saying, “thank you for calling McDonald’s”. When I asked why he was acting like he’s at McDonald’s, he hung up on me and after that refused to answer the phone after multiple repeated calls at the 7 Poplar Street Pittsburgh, PA 15205 location. I did however report the issue to the upper management through Pizza Hut customer service. This is truly the most bizarre, absurd, frustrating, and undeserving experience I’ve ever had with any place that I have ever done business with. That employee deserves to be fired immediately.

Terrible! Not sure what happened to this location over time but I 100% DO NOT recommend. I placed an online order. They took an hour and a half longer than it stated. I tried calling over 6 times and NO ONE answered the phones at all. I ended up canceling the order because everyone was starving and getting the food did not seem promising. I understand that they may be short staff due to the economy, but at least answer the phones.

This store has no idea of customer service. We ordered a pickup and when we arrived waited a few minutes before anyone even acknowledged us while they decided who should take care of it. There were 6 employees in the store and none of them appeared to be doing anything. Finally, a young kid who was leaning on the counter with his back to us and texting on his phone served us. I asked him if they regularly make customers wait while they use their cell phones and all he did was laugh. He got our order and the product was so dry and the pizza and bread sticks barely had any sauce on them. I used to come to this store regularly but I’ll never give these useless employees at this store any of my hard earned money again.

Wish I could give zero reviews. We ordered a deal of 3 large one topping pizzas, 18 boneless wings, 8 extra wings and a brownie. It was nearly $100 for our order, so I’d expect the food to be good. One of the pizzas, a cheese pizza was burnt to a crisp. The wings are like the little pieces of the breading at the bottom of a bag of popcorn chicken that doesn’t include any actual chicken, and they’re cold like they’ve been in the fridge. None of the pizzas are cut all the way through the crust. We waited over an hour for the delivery even though when I ordered it said 30 mins. I’d call and complain but I can tell they don’t care. Never, ever ordering from here again.

It’s like a hot circle of garbage. Way too much dough to air. It’s inconsistent all the way through and the crust sneaks half way into the pizza it feels like.

When did Pizza Hut stop putting sauce on the pizza? There is next to 0 sauce, it’s kinda disgusting tbh. NOT the classic taste i was expecting. If I wanted cheesy bread I’d order the cheesy breadsticks! Breadsticks are at least still good though now that I mention it.
