I wish I could give them negative stars. The cashier did NOT listen to my order at all after I constantly kept telling her what I wanted. She gave me a meal when I just wanted chicken. Very stubborn and horrible customer service. The employees are very rude to their customers. Worst popeyes ever. I do not recommend going there AT ALL.

I worked for 13 years in a popeyes for 6 months that I did not eat and I come to this place where I make my order I order my shrimp with French fries and a mashed potato without gravy for my baby girl the cashier says to her manager (his name is Ali) I need A mashed potato he answers there is not more when I know that a mashed potato takes 2 minutes maximum to mix but Ali did not want to make more.

Absolutely one of the nastiest, dirtiest, and poorest customer service I’ve wasted my money on. Male clerk of asian decent was sweeping the floors, working the cash register, and preparing food with the same dirty, nasty gloves on. He actually had the gall to get offended when I asked him to change his gloves! Our order was wrong. The food was undercooked and unpalatable. If I can give them negative stars I would. Hands down the worse popeyes I’ve ever went to. I stopped by to make an order of mashed potato’s and was told straight up in a rude tone that “they were closed.” I asked what time they closed because it was 7:50pm and I knew they closed at 8:00pm. (All the other restaurants were still serving food) He then told me 8pm and I stated that there were 10 minutes left. He told me they don’t have anymore food as he’s putting away the rest of the food. I asked for the manger and he told me that he was so I asked for his name and he said he wasn’t allowed to tell me. I got very mad at this point because everything he was saying didn’t make any sense and was very uncalled for. Overall he was very unprofessional and rude.

There was a long line. The cashier called me and went inside for 5 minutes. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich to go for my friend. The sandwich was smashed and they gave a regular chicken sandwich. When I ordered, he didn’t even mention that they didn’t have anymore spicy chicken sandwich. Terrible experience.
