I rarely leave reviews but after my experience here and getting food poisoning I feel others should be warned. Very unhappy with my experience dining here for lunch. The lady working the front was very unpleasant and rude. While we were eating our food we watched as 2 other couples walked in and left without ordering anything because of her unkind behavior towards them. I believe her name was Mary. The quality of the food seemed very poor in comparison to other Arby’s locations. The restaurant was also very unclean and both my wife and I got food poising the following day.

If I could post a zero stars I would. Guy at the drive through register had no idea what he was doing. I can understand a little as I found out he was new(train them before you put them on a register). Ordered four identical sandwich meals. Got back to work and the meat on all four sandwiched was completely burned like it had sat in a dry crock pot overnight. Disgusting! Called the store to talk to the store manager and she hung up on me when I asked her name. I have her name on the receipt. Just asked to verify who I was talking to. She was very rude. Tried calling back but they would not answer. Had to call corporate to get any resolution at all. Do not get anything from this location. Look at all the reviews…this store needs a corporate redo. I also find it interesting that all the negative reviews are out there with responses from corporate saying they will look into it and tale care if it but some of these are years old with no resolve. I suspect they will go the way of Sears if they keep this up. Just go somewhere else where your business is wanted. Clearly Not the case at Arby’s in Provo.

They have grease all over the floor and there’s probably a good 3 to 4 inches of grease in a bucket that they said the baskets in the cook your food

this was some of the worst food i’ve ever had. and not just fast food literally anywhere. i took one bite each of two sandwiches i got and i instantly put them back in the bag. not to mention they missed one of my sandwiches. the fries are alright, really nothing special about them just a different shape. you would have 10x better luck going to taco bell or mcdonald’s across the street

Crazy white lady wouldn’t give my hispanic husband a beverage refill in the drive thru because she “couldn’t verify that he had purchased his food that day” when he literally had his sandwich and fries in the car. She told my husband that refills can only be done in the lobby and when he proceeded to park and enter the lobby for a refill, she refused to give him one, using some made up rule about no refills once a cup has been taken out of the restaurant. Ridiculous.

For MONTHS your lobby has been closed. Finally I see your sign that reads “we are open” and decided to try. Yet I entered the lobby at 6:24 on a Monday and was told they were closed. When are they NOT closed? You must not want business. Honestly, just shut your doors permanently if you can’t stay open. NEVER had this issue with other Arby’s locations. Such poor service.

They single handedly managed to skip an item we ordered, switch out another for something we didn’t ask for, and burn the buns on our sandwiches. The whole time we got dirty looks from the lady at the drive through window. Can’t say I’m impressed at all.
