First off I was charged for a Medium Combo without being ask, what size I wanted. Waited 11 minutes to get a cold burger, old apple pie, & nasty fries. If you going to make customers wait at least make sure all of our food is hot & fresh. If I wasn’t in a rush to get to my destination, I would have took it all back & got a full refund!

Food was good but service was poor and then the server charged me for someone else’s meal on my ticket. I went back to get an adjustment and was told the general manager has to look at the camera for that day. They took my name and number but I’ve never received a call or text. Never got my money refunded.

Horrible service. My family of 5 waited over 25 minutes for cold food as the only dine in patrons. 3 cars in the drive-through. 7 employees in the building. 1 employee at lunch 3 employees cleaning 2 employees taking orders and 1 employee walking around aimlessly. And order had to be corrected 3 times. Restroom smelled like a sewer.

Super sausage and biscuit was great just didn’t like that it was $5.75 for the the biscuit and it was thrown together. If your going to go up and the prices and down on the size which in my opinion it should be one or the other , it should at least be put together right

First time eating at Hardee’s. We were on a road trip and decided to stop and try something new. We ordered two chicken tender combos and a Angus beef combo. The staff was polite. She asked us to pull down because they had to drop the tenders. We waited about 15 minutes give or take. They brought our food out and everything was fresh and hot. The food was delicious. Wish we had one of these in our area I’d definitely visit again.
