Order taker had a hard time taking the order and was rude. These are the tomatoes I recieved. Like the sandwhich maker thought I wouldn’t notice. Subpar service. Subpar food. Even the locations that burn the bread are semi polite and don’t give me tomato butts. Get it together.

They need to drop the freaky fast slogan. At least for this location. It has been going downhill for years and I think this last experience may have been the end of the line for me. The only positive this time around was they at least delivered to the right house. The last time we opted for delivery they dropped our order at the wrong house and I ended up driving in anyway for a replacement order. (One of our neighbors dropped the originals to us the next day when they found the bag on their porch)

Great shop with good employees. They were out of the bread I wanted for my sandwich and they went out of their way to send a driver to another store to pick some up just for my sandwich, not to mention shortly before closing. I felt like such an a-hole but they got me what I wanted and didn’t make me feel bad about it either. 10/10

This location is seriously the worst! Today we placed a mobile order. Pulled up with two car ahead of us. We let them know we were there and we were told to pull forward. We pulled up and sat there for 5 minutes before another car pulled up behind us and someone then walked over and realized they forgot about us. The girl laughed a little then went away again. Then came back a few minutes later with our food. Only for us to go eat and our orders were made incorrectly. This is not the first time we have had issues at this location. They take 30+ minutes for delivery, and if you place a pick up order and go into the building they will ignore you till the drive thru is empty. Terrible service and irresponsible employees. Just dont eat or order at this location.

Taking care of my elderly parent tonight and no time to cook or go pickup food so ordered Jimmy Johns. Good sandwich and super quick normally about 20 minutes all said maybe 40 minutes during peak dinner time…. tonight it took 30 minutes to acknowledge my order, 30 minutes to prep my order and 60 minutes to delivery. So those keeping track thats 2 hours from when I placed my order to when they dropped off the food. My sister stopped by after my order was acknowledged and ordered her some food from Salt Lake City and it got here before my order.

I’m a former manager for Jimmy Johns and actually have worked at this location years ago. The food today was good but I could tell they were flustered because it took 15 minutes to make my one sandwich. They also gave me the wrong order and I could have left with someone’s two sandwiches and chips but I checked the bag first. They also forgot to put my Kickin’ Ranch in the bag but the employee was nice enough to give me an extra when I asked him about it. I think the food was good but service was very slow and they need either more or better employees. Definitely a way different experience than when I was in charge.

I ordered a veggie sub with Jimmy Peppers today and was disappointed with what I got. The veggie is my favorite! They advertise the two main ingredients as provolone and avocado spread. When I got my sandwich there was barely any avocado spread on it. I also only got 4 Jimmy peppers on my sandwich which means I got one every 2-3 bites. It made for a really bland and disappointing sandwich.
