I ordered a chicken strips meal for my daughter and I ordered a famous star meal for myself. When I got home, I opened my Famous Star up and the part of lettuce that stuck out of my burger was actually brown and not green at all. It was disgusting. I pulled it out of the burger, but I didn’t enjoy my eating experience so much that I decided to submit a review. That piece of lettuce should have been thrown in the trash not in my burger.

This location is okay. I feel like Carl’s Jr everywhere is really falling behind. The restaurants are not updated. Drink machines are old and not up to modern technology standards. The dining room is bland and in need of a deep clean. The bathroom is also in need of repair and the kitchen looked a little work down. I feel like at some point they just stopped trying and left this place to rot.

Leslie was less than pleased for us to mention how absurd that is especially when we ordered a chicken sandwich. We would rather go to jack in the box right around the corner where the service is better, fries are not cold & they don’t charge for condiments. I’m fact we got one extra than we asked for- for free after we left Carl’s Jr.!
