We hardly ever order pizza but when we do, we usually order from Dominos. Only giving 2 stars because the order arrived on time and was warm. The pizza was dry and totally over cooked! Ordered hand tossed but tasted like thin crust. Seriously tasted like yesterdays pizza. May be looking for other options in the future.

On line ordering just didn’t work. Had to call. Automated payment didn’t work. Pizza had very little flavor and was under cooked. Still doughy. Some cheese wasn’t even melted. Cheese and sauce seemed low grade and cheap. Have eaten Dominoes pizzas for decades, but may have to try other brands now. We had to trash it. $25 totally wasted. Should be refunded. Sad to see their quality drop so much.

First of the young lady that waited on me asked for a name, then tried to give me someone else’s pizza. When I corrected the name she got all hurt and started to gossip with her friends that I was rude. I said yes if rejecting the wrong pizza and restating the correct name is rude then, YES I was rude. She when my pizza was ready she put it in the hit box instead of handing it to me. The young man working there recognized that she was being a jerk and got the pizza out of the box and brought it to me.

Outsourcing order taking?! I like the pizza BUT that will be the last time I order from Domino’s. If I’m not wrong I believe someone in the Philippines or India answered. CHEAP customer service equals big money for CEOs, I guess? Pennies on customer interactions is a great way to destroy a brand. In my eyes Domino’s is gone. They don’t pass the savings on to you. I’ve seen where this specific location struggled alot last year but this year they have done so much better! Food was nice and warm and delivered in a timely manner! All of the 1 stars are from previous instances of being short staffed. They’re doing great!

Well I was at work my wife made the order at 6:05pm I got off at 7pm and we went there we didn’t leave with our order till 7:45pm I’m shocked we waited that long. We got home and the pizza was kinda cold and the slices where so odd idk what they where doing! I know they get behind But to say it wasn’t ready then find out it was they just missed placed it is kind nerve racking.

Worst store ever. Consistently takes well over an hour to get your pizza. Most of the time arrives cold. the pizza tonight had all the wrong toppings. Store will not answer their phone. Very frustrating experience. You can’t even get ahold of corporate. I’m done with Domino’s this store does not even deserve one star. Isnt this an appetizing Pizza? This was supposed to be a Hawaiian! Nobody ever bothered to follow up from the store or corporate. Completely unacceptable.
