I’ve been here a good few times and the staff is usually polite, but recently they’ve become very rude, and will interrupt someone’s order just to keep joking around with the other workers. Recently they’re left food unwrapped in the bag for some reason. I’ve had to make up to 3 trips just to finally get my order right, and they get more annoyed each time I come back to get something thing fixed which they messed up. There’s a few taco Bell’s in this city, save yourself the time and go to the other ones instead.

I was told to place the order on the kiosk so I did then I went to the counter to pay, no one was around, finally someone came barely can speak English pointed at the kiosk, I said I did, I need to pay. I just feel it’s a waste of time, I was on my lunch break.

These are not spicy potato soft tacos. No potatoes or sauce in it. Waste of my money. This is going straight in the trash. Please check your food at the window. Learn from these sad photos of “tacos” I know I will. Give me my money back!!

No workers. Made us use the kiosk to order food, and 20 minutes later it still wasn’t ready. Service is absolutely terrible.

If I can give a negative zero I would because this Taco Bell specifically has the rudest employees always looking mad to be there. Never have half the I items. Like who’s the manager doing inventory?? I work at fast food it’s not hard people. The worst Taco Bell in moval don’t come here if u want good service they most likely won’t have the item u want either

Go to the Sunnymead Blvd. Taco Bell 032499 instead! I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences at this location (Elder Ave.) but none bad enough that made me want to post a negative review until now. Stopped by this location to get a quick bite and ordered three Spicy Tostadas. They were given to me in poor quality; NO tomatoes, hardly any lettuce, and with a tiny portion of beans on them. I drove back through the Drive Through and showed Ernesto Z., the cashier, he said that they were made acceptably and after disagreeing he called the manager. Jasmine, the manager, looked at a tostada that had hardly any visible lettuce, no tomatoes and a cracked tostada and told me that this was made as intended and that there was nothing she could do. I mentioned that I order this regularly from other franchise locations and that this was NOT what they are supposed to be prepared. She condescendingly said that it’s not like I ordered a “stacked” tostada and that I only paid for a dollar menu item. She offered to remake them but told me that they would be the same. I decided to leave and called the location to verify the manager’s name. I spoke with Ernesto Z. (the cashier) let him know I was the customer that came back regarding the tostadas and I asked him for the manager’s name (which he confirmed as Jasmine). I thanked him and mentioned I was planning on making a review and posting a complaint/video about it he sarcastically said “I hope it goes viral” and abruptly hung up on me. Immediately after I went to the Sunnymead Blvd. location and ordered the same thing and the quality was a night and day difference. I showed the manager, Tonya, the Spicy Tostadas I was given at the Elder Ave. location and she was also surprised at the complete lack of quality of the Elder Ave. order and agreed that it was unacceptable. I have both experiences on video so there’s nothing subjective about my review. I will never return to the Elder Ave. Taco Bell 026795.
