The food was good but the service wasn’t. The waiter never checked up on us until we got their attention. The wontons in hot and spicy sauce were delicious and flavorful. The green beans were alright. The pork dumplings with shrimp were good. The lava custard sesame balls were amazing! The steamed rice roll with bbq pork was okay.

Definitely come to this place. Food is great. Service is great. Interior is beautiful if you’re in a mood for dimsum. Definitely try out their pork buns. It’s like melon bread but has savory filling inside so it’s not so sweet

We came for lunch on Saturday. They said the wait would be 20-30 minutes but we waited less than 10. The service was fairly quick. The food came staggered which was good since we ordered so much food. Everything was great. The cucumbers were cut too big for my taste but had a good flavor. The bbq buns were sweeter than expected but still yummy and juicy. The restaurant was busy but not too crazy. Great dessert places are next door as well.

So dissapointed with the food quality here. I had a high hope for Katy’s Tim Ho Wan since it’s HK location is a Michelin Star establishment. This franchise location is just bad. The food was bland, the hargow wraps were too soft and fell apart. The dishes lack seasoning.

The food was amazing and has a nice twist compared to other dim sum places. I highly reccomend the pork buns since their a little different. Everything had good quality ingredients in my opinion.

A great restaurant if you’re looking for a good place to eat dumplings. The ambience is nice and cozy. The restaurant is fairly clean. The food is served with the right temperature (neither too hot or too cold). Ready to eat once delivered to the table. The food is delicious, and the customer service is satisfactory.

We were very disappointed. We only gave 2 stars for the taste of the food. 2 stars for the size of the food. The portion size were too small for these price. We paid full price. Not lunch specials. Not kids meals. My spoon was much bigger than the chicken feet. When we want real & good Chinese food, we will drive another 30 minutes to Houston. There are a lot of nice Chinese restaurants on bellaire. They are way better and cheaper than this Tim Ho Wan.

This place is so good I don’t know why they don’t have better reviews! We came on a weekend morning around 10:30 and had no wait. The service was very attentive and the food SO GOOD. I strongly recommend the sticky rice wrapped in the lotus leaf and the eggplant dish. Will come back again for sure.

For big parties you will have to wait. It doesn’t have a very extended menu but everything we ordered was really good. Mandatory to try the pork baked bun, best pork bun we have ever tried and I recommend the fried rice too.

First time coming here! We tried the braised beef noddle soup, BBQ pork buns, pan fried noodles, wontons in spicy sauce and the steamed rice rolls with BBQ. Everything was delicious and the restaurant is pretty clean!
