Went on Sunday morning to grab breakfast. There was one car ahead of mine. They screwed up my order. I had ordered a meal and got no hasbrown. I had ordered a bagel sandwich and got the wrong one. I had asked for hot sauce for the burritos beforehand and got nothing. Then when I tried to call to get it rectified, the number hangs up on you. The only option is to leave a message on the main company’s number and hope that someone will get back to you. Would not recommend this place.

I only ordered a Large Fry and Coffee. The coffee was burnt and the fries were a mix of hot and cold. Usually a case of dumping fresh fried onto older ones. Sign of production control, site wasn’t busy.

This McDonald’s has gone downhill majorly. The staff used to be fairly friendly and would at least greet you when you got to the drive thru windows. Maybe today was just a bad day, but neither of them said anything. For the second time now the Sweet Tea tasted BAD. Like they don’t clean out all the soap in the containers or something. It was gross. Go to the other one just down the street.

I have ordered iced caramel macchiato from the store many times, but lately they always make the wrong drinks like wrong recipes. I got regular coffee with milk or they somehow added chocolate syrup in my caramel macchiato. I could tell when they handed the drink to me that’s not iced caramel macchiato and I told them that’s not what I ordered. They got upset and insisted that they made the right drink, right recipe for me. I paid for what I want and I deserve to get the right one. I hope the manager of the store educate your employees enough before letting them serving customers.

I’ve eaten breakfast here twice in the last 2 weeks and both times they messed up 1 breakfast sandwich and 2 hash browns. How is that possible? The first time they completely gave me the wrong meal. The second time they forgot my hash browns and since they cost over $2 a piece now how are they SK easily forgotten? I now remember why I stopped going to McDonald’s. If it was busy I would get it. Both times I was the only person in line inside. So it’s not like they were busy and rushing. So I don’t get it.
