Used to go to this location all the time since I work right by there but in the past few months it’s just not worth it. I work late so by the time I get there apparently management is gone or you’re stuck with the drunk that works nights. His tag says heath but dude forget my total my drink and even messed the burger up forgetting items that are only on that burger. This has happened multiple times and the store is building a reputation for lack of quality amongst the staff at my work. Might try again once the night crew gets reworked. I prefer to get my items I order.

My wife is allergic to eggs and dairy and I specifically asked for sausage and biscuit only.. we got egg and cheese only and we live 7 miles from town. I don’t open the bag so her sandwich is still hot when I get home.. She was not Happy and of course, Burger King offers for me to bring it back.. for a correct sandwich.. why not make sure it was correct beforehand.. very unhappy customers..

Place is dirty. Rude service. Stood and waited for at least 5 minutes to even get someone to talk to me. Onion rings were undercooked. Chicken nuggets undercooked. Mozzarella sticks way overcooked to the point of no cheese inside only on the outside dark brown color. Watch people come in stand and wait for service and finally leaving and going over to Safeway to get something to eat. If you’re not going to serve the customers why do you have your doors open. After the service I got today I’ll never come back

Worst wait time in the state. I just waited 25 minutes in the drive thru to be ignored at the order screen. Kept being told to wait. Finally gave up. Drove to window and started honking. Worst customer service ever never going back there again had a very nasty rude attitude and waited over 20 mins in the drive thur to tell me he couldn’t take my order because he was by himself n I saw 3 other employees in there n said he had 20 orders to make that I had to wait in a very rude way Wow really next time let us know instead of wasting our time or put up a note in the drive thur to let us know. Ordered a quad stack and was given a triple. Didn’t notice until I was home as I was driving and waiting to unwrap until I got home. Calling to complain via website and store number. Won’t ever be back, not sure why I even tried them again after many years anyway. -3 STARS!!

While picking up an order for Uber Eats, I encountered an irate individual who appeared to be the “manager” of the establishment. He expressed extreme annoyance upon my arrival, despite the order already being paid for. He proceeded to inform me that I would be “locked in” the building for a while until my order was ready. Naturally, I hesitated to enter after such a remark, but he snapped at me, insisting that I come in. As I patiently waited for my order, he berated his coworkers, claiming to be the sole person handling all incoming orders. When my order was finally ready, he shouted at me, demanding to know if it was mine. I pulled up the Uber Eats app on my phone to confirm the order’s name, and in response, he clapped and asked if it was mine. This experience left me feeling profoundly disrespected. Another man present in the restaurant was visibly shocked by the manager’s treatment towards me. I strongly discourage anyone from visiting this establishment unless they enjoy being yelled at or having someone clap in their face. I sincerely recommend the management reconsider their hiring decisions and seek individuals who possess greater decency and respect.
