Not the Mexican food I want, since I still prefer the street compared to a dine in, but the food is decent here. Will always come here for their Ceviche

All around satisfied with my experience here, I am usually not a fan of upscale Mexican restaurants. However I have slot of good things to say about this place and definitely recommend it. Service was great selection of tequilas is extensive. The food was fresh and had a great presentation. Reasonable prices aswell.

I snagged a seat in the back of the restaurant around 5 pm. I was immediately seated and ordered a margarita, chips and guac, and two tacos. The tacos were so good, I ordered a second round. That quickly added up to a $60+ meal, but was completely worth it as I left with a full tummy.

This was our first time eating here and it was pretty good. The atmosphere is amazing and our waiter was knowledgeable and super nice. The drinks are the best and it’s a good vibe in there. We’ll be back.

Absolutely loved COA! It definitely lived up to the positive things everyone has said about it. The ambiance at COA is elegant yet relaxed. The food is outstanding! Every dish I tried was a work of art, carefully prepared and presented with exquisite attention to detail. The flavors were bold, unique, and harmoniously balanced, showcasing the creativity and skill of the talented chefs. I would absolutely go back when I’m in Columbia, SC again!

I had the Tacos Campechanos (shown in the picture) and the Street Tacos (carne asado) which didn’t make the photo shoot because I ate them. Yum! Now I’m not saying that the Street Tacos (carne asado) was better, just that they were in my field of view first and they kept lookin at me… Just LOOKIN at me! I had to take them down to teach them a lesson!! The Tacos Campechanos was a recommendation and they were so so good. I love this place. The only suggestion I would make is create a menu that’s more on the English side. I’m sure the waitresses are tired of being asked what this (i.e. carne asado) or that is all the time. Yeah I can be picky like that. It’s no deal breaker cause I don’t mind asking the waitress what this is if needed. I enjoyed the dim like atmosphere of the place. It’s truly a place that I will keep coming back to and you should as well. All you need to do now is make your first visit! Try the “carne asado” Street Tacos. Ask the waitress what it is or just do what any American would do… Google it!!! Later…

Coa was a nice place to celebrate Cinco de Mayo and I’ll def be back!! The drinks were both intricate and spectacular. The food prices were very manageable also. They not only offer chips & salsa while waiting for food but queso too!! Can’t wait to go back.

The service here sucks. There are 4 waitresses gathered at the hosts stand doing absolutely nothing but gossiping. We sat at our table for more than 15 minutes before acknowledged and when the waitress finally arrived she says she didn’t know we were here. Our waitress Marina’s attitude was very aggressive and disgusting. I’ve visited here on several occasions but I will never return. The food also wasn’t as good as my previous experiences which is why the place is empty, overpopulated with servers, and completely unprofessional. 0/10 today, do better guys!

This was our first visit to Coa Agaveria y Cocina. Our waitress was very attentive and gave excellent entree suggestions that we ordered. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The lightening is horrible as we had to use the flashlights from our phones to read the menu. The restaurant was packed with people. Thankfully we were able to get seated without a reservation because coming here was a last minute decision. We sat really close to the couple next to us and it seemed we were dining together. Besides the lack of lightning and seating our arrangements, we enjoyed and will go back and try the bar seating.
