During my visit, I experience good customer service; employees are kind and an employee helps me find a good Vegan option! I order the Pho Rau Noodles with Vegetable Broth (ensure to ask for the Vegan meal so the establishment uses Vegan broth!); each of the ingredients taste good alone though I find the true flavors of the meal in the mixing of the ingredients with the broth. The meal tastes good cooler than warm and more than a half a day later. The establishment has a Hot Pot side which is quite different than the non-Hot Pot side (menu, price, and style wise). The establishment takes different forms of payment.

Came here for the first time on Sunday and ordered the rate beef pho. It was delicious amd our server was very nice and attentive! I think next time I’d ask if more onion can be addedto the pho. Was also looking forward to trying a smoothie, but the machine is broken. Will be back to try other dishes and hopefully the smoothie machine will be back up and running!

I ordered the beef stew to eat with bread. The flavor is okay 5-6/10 but what I want to say is this is not authentic. I’ve eaten beef stew since I was a little, the real beef stew is supposed to have slice onions and carrots but I got none, so disappointed ☹️

I like the cat fish sour soup in family style section on the menu. Do wish they have more meat selection to use from other than cat fish. The soup was delicious and tasty. The service s was excellent.

My first time visiting Pho Saigon 8. I ordered pho and it was delicious. Very authentic! Staffs were friendly and I highly recommend this restaurant. The menu has a great variety. Giving this restaurant a 6 star.

Pho is my favorite food. It makes me happy. This was my 2nd time here. The food was okay. The food seems to taste better at the other Pho Saigon 8 location on Eastern & 215, same owner I heard. The service wasn’t meeting expectations. The younger waitress wearing glasses forgot my appetizer egg roll order; she didn’t write down the order. I had to remind the waitress about the egg roll I ordered. I told her I wasn’t happy and that she should write down the order so she won’t forget what the customer ordered. That’s very basic and expected. Other customer that came after us got his food before us. It wasn’t even busy then with 6 tables with 2, 3 waiting staff. I hope the waitress gets the training she needs or take this as an opportunity to do better in the future. I managed restaurants before and I want this place to do well. I love Pho.
