Consistently inconsistent sums this place up. The drive through is always to the road because the workers are either screwing around or messing up orders. At least once a week they screw up a batch of cold brew, they put the wrong donut in the bag, or just leave off part of the order. So frustrating and they tell you it’s your fault when you ask them to fix it.

I have to order my online order here everyday because it’s the nearest one and they NEVER get my freaking order right it’s ridiculous it’s either I don’t get the right amount of hashbrowns like getting one when I ordered 2 or not putting the cream cheese in the bag, and messing up wraps the people working there need to learn how to do there job properly.

This particular store will not put cream cheese on the bagel unless you ask. How much sense does it make to give someone whose DRIVING A CAR a container of cream cheese and a knife? Could you guys put in any less effort?

They tend to mess up your order just about every time you go. Never expect them to put cream cheese on the bagel, they ALWAYS put it on the side. Today was my last straw; after several mistakes throughout my visits I had enough when my “Plain bagel toasted with cream cheese” was completely burnt and of course cream cheese on the side. Never going again.
