I would come here all the time they knew my name but now it’s new people or new management and they are just rude. I called and he was rushing me didn’t even answer my question. Couldn’t give me the correct price changed it 3xs… Then when I came to pick up my food they didn’t even greet me. So after I told him my name he just told me put my card in. I WAS PAYING CASH! Then he asked to keep my change. And the he wanted to charge me for a garlic sauce when I purchased a pizza. Customer service has went down terribly!! Then to top it off food not even as good as it used to be. Used to be best in area. Not happy with the service or food quality. Will think twice before I go back rather take my business somewhere else will my dollars are appreciated and the quality matches.

Ordered 10 honey lemon pepper wings and requested all flats I received 8 drumstick and 2 flats when I called about the issue the person on the phone said that it was half flats and half drumsticks. I don’t know what school he went to but half of 10 is 5 . And the chicken tasted like it was dropped straight in the grease with no seasoning. I know they are going to delete this review but I have time and I will resubmit if I have to!

These guys are terrible. They gave me 5 of the smallest chicken wings sections I’ve ever laid eyes on. I even said I thought it was 6 because lord knows they should have given me an extra wing considering the size of these things. Then I get all the way back to work and my dressing expired 2 months ago…

This place is usually really good. I recently ordered a pie and it was ok at best. First off, the pizza was much smaller than usual. Secondly, the cheese was annihilated; it was super burnt. Lastly, the flavor was lacking.

Love this place. Have so much more choice for vegetarians, like my husband and I, than other carryout places. I often get the vegetarian rice bowl or no bull burrito. We’ve had the taco salad and last night I tried the salmon garden salad. Just delicious. Service is quick and friendly.

Never had any major issues until today. Charged my credit card twice, for some other person’s order with the same first name. Then call me to explain and instead of answering a simple “Did you cancel the charge?” I get into an entire argument with the person on the phone because they felt the need to keep covering up their mistake instead of just saying “Sorry, we double charged you and we fixed it.” Do your jobs correctly, don’t argue with customers and you won’t lose customers! TERRIBLE service!

I took the advice of a previous reviewer who advised to order the Italian cold cut sub as a “cold” sub because apparently it is heated and/or toasted otherwise. I don’t know about that. But I do know that the Italian cold cut sub was mediocre. Not bad. But not particularly good, either. Nice soft roll, if not overly impressive. Lots of mayo — lots. The meat was ok, I guess. No oil & vinegar or Italian seasoning or anything else that made it outstanding. If it didn’t say “Italian cold cut sub” on the menu, I would think it was just some lunch meat on a roll coated in mayo. The carrot cake that I ordered was good and fresh. Usually I give a sub shop a second chance. But in this case, I just don’t see any upside to that.
