I’m happy that their spicy was actually spicy. I had a shot of pulled pork while waiting in my order – such a genuis idea. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff and it didn’t take too long to get my order. Had the 1/3 ribs with fries and Mac and cheese plus a serving of wings with the help me Jesus sauce (could have been spicier based on the name). I had to carry home most of the food, it was a lot for me. Only thing I’d say is that the wings never really tasted smoked.

Very nice atmosphere, smell, great signage. Great staff too. The meat we ordered (Brisket) had good flavor although it was a little dry. I would definitely give it a try again.

Was a great time!!! The staff was friendly and very responsive from the moment we walked in. The atmosphere was one of fun. The only downside I could readily see were that the menus did not describe what redneck nachos were, but what a heck of a surprise that was… awesome!!!! The fun attitude of the staff, the delicious barbecue, and a nice dark beer made it an exceptional experience!!! Highly recommend this place! Will definately be going back.

Great service, cool atmosphere. Pulled pork and brisket were absolutely amazing, definitely recommend the potato salad. Iced Tea was perfectly sweetened. I would tell any of my friends to eat here. I’ve had great BBQ from all over the country, and this place is tied for my favorite.

The pork was tender but the sides are not good. The mac and cheese was bland. It tasted watered down but was creamy. The green beans had zero flavor like they were poured from the can and heated up.

My cousin and I came here to eat 10/1/21. When we arrived the people behind the counter just looked at us before we got to order. We got to order and sat down. The food was average, and the chicken was super dry. After we got done eating, I went to the bathroom. I noticed before I went in that a middle aged gentleman was trying to hit on my cousin (an 18 year old girl), from behind the counter. When I came out of the bathroom she asked to leave immediately because he was continuing to try and hit on her. She felt very uncomfortable.

Friendly staff with quick service. Clean, comfortable atmosphere. The brisket was lacklustre and the sauces were not that great, but mixing two of the sauces together gave me a sandwich I could actually enjoy. The pricing is right & the portions are large. If I were to return, I would order something other than brisket.

I’m from Utah and love BBQ. I was in Charlotte for a school trip and we visited Columbia so I decided to head over here. Right as I walked in I was greeted with a, “have you been here before?!” I had not, so they gave me a sample of brisket and pulled pork. I got the pulled pork plate and finished the whole plate fries. The meat was juicy and i’m a french fry critic but I loved the fried! Amazing customer service, super friendly and very helpful. When I visit again, I will definitely come back and recommend to others! Lots of my classmates also loved Potsmokers BBQ. THe portion sizes were fantastic as well as the prices.
