1st timer. Friendly family owned business. A lot of history behind it. We really felt welcomed. Everything we ordered was so delicious. We loved the food. It was made with love. We definitely will be back to try some other menu items. You can see it from the highway and not hard to find.

This has been there for a while. Everything is made to order and you can see it. Our food took over 30min. Has an authentic southern feel to it and everyone is super friendly. Service was honest and the food was good. No real healthy options. Plenty of gravel parking out back. BBC

Been coming to Matthews for training for several years. Hinson’s is right down the road from where I go at CPCC. Just now stopped in and a bit sad I did so late. I was recommended by a local and the pork tenderloin sandwich was awesome. Exactly as stated, it was tender. Happy with everything from my sandwich to the sweet tea. Very friendly staff. Might even stop in again before my long trip home tonight. Fully recommend.

Yes, yes, 100%. I sat in this gravel drive and phoned in my order. 15 minutes later I’m sitting here eating tater tots and one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. I think they have some seating inside, but I didn’t want to go in. I just wanted to eat and fly (but didn’t want a fast food chain). I will definitely be back.

I started coming here with my pops when I was 7 or 8 years old (almost 30 years ago) and these are still the best cheeseburgers I have ever eaten. The crinkle fries are perfectly crispy and soft in the middle. Phil splits the hotdogs before cooking them on the flat top grill. Sweet tea is on point. I mean it doesn’t get any better. I am now bringing my kids here and they love everything about it too.
