Came in to pick up a door dash order. 1 medium fry and 1 impossible whopper. It was supposed to be ready by 7:30. Got there at 7:32. Manager says “it’s gonna be awhile cuz there’s two big orders ahead of yours”. I said “orders that are paid for already should take priority”. She then copped attitude and said “you don’t run things here”. I’m glad I don’t because your manager is rude and terrible at running a kitchen. Will decline orders from here again if I continue to receive service like this.

Went to the drive through and had a coupon for a whopper Jr meal and gave them the coupon code and then was told it was not in the system and they could not honor the coupon for me as I was told by the manager and a employee. It was a coupon from a mailer that I cut out. I drove round trip about 4 miles and wasted my gas and time. I am on a tight budget and trying to save money and this happens to me as I will never go there again after this happened as The coupon should of been honored for only $3.99. They could of made an exception. I am so dissatisfied and mad about this as they didn’t care and the Manager was mean telling me it is my fault to me when I told him I was going to leave a bad review when I drove off. Not cool !

Stuffed Animal Parade
When I first got to this location, they were backed up and I had to wait a few minutes before they could take my order. That was a bit of a red flag. They almost overcharged me. Another red flag. However, when they finally corrected my order and I paid them, they completely redeemed themselves. We were afraid they would have messed up our order based on everything we just experienced. I am so happy to say I was wrong. Not only was the order correct, but the food was maybe the best Burger King I have ever had. The chicken fries were phenomenal. The burgers and fries were fresh and hot. They knocked it out of the park. If you are gonna go to Burger King, try going to this one.

Prices have all the sudden shot through the roof. And the quality has gone way down. I have been a local for 39 years and seen this places food and quality waver all over the place. Very inconsistent quality and not worth what you pay. FOR EXAMPLE today went to get pancakes which they show on the menu. They can’t make pancakes? And there is a sign that says no lettuce. Come on give us a good whopper and take pride in your brand name. Burger King.
