I might be a total weirdo, but I could eat at any Qdoba every single day and never get sick of it. I absolutely love the food here. Customer service is hit or miss, but I worked in a Qdoba before and so I definitely understand. I will say that places with good customer service sometimes get extra business just because people like the service. So my suggestion would be to really try to get the employees to enjoy their jobs more (however one may do that) so that they can in turn make customers enjoy visiting more. I believe that even if it costs more to keep employees happy, it’ll gain more business and cover any losses.

This location is poorly run and disorganized… there was literally a lady spraying cleaner towards you at the glass while you’re in line… they’re always seemingly out of everything…I ordered a bowl with extra meat and still got barely any meat…the toppings table hasn’t even been visible the last 2 times I went to this location… you can do better

This place is horrible the Spanish guy with the piercing under the right eye was so rude. I ordered a salad and told him I wanted it to go he put the top on it and smashed it down you could literally hear the shell breaking I told him that then he said you wanted it to go. It took them 10 more minutes to even figure out they got the order after her showing the DD details screen and them still saying they didn’t have it.Then later they realized they had already made it, just never bagged it.
