The shrimp tempura roll was great but the hibachi was mediocre. The vegetables were cut to big and not cooked enough. There was a weird smell when we walked, in maybe a sour mop was used to mop? Service was slow.

Once in awhile we order take out from here and it is always absolutely delicious! The Fire Island rolls always taste amazing and are a good portion. The hibachi dinners are hands down the best!! They come with a generous amount of meat, vegetables and rice , soup and a delicious sauce. Their clear soup is so delicious, it’s one of my favorite things ever! They are always super friendly, definitely my favorite restaurant in Meridian.

Sub par food for fine dining prices. Sake sushi was a wonderful place to dine when it first opened. It is now run down and looks very dirty. Service was great yesterday but sushi rolls were tiny and also had to pay for the pink sauce that usually accommodates the meal, especially while dining in. Will not be going back.

The hibachi is fine, but I quit coming here because the snow crab roll I got started tasting fishy. I don’t eat any seafood other than snow crab and a few other things that do not have a fishy taste but after thinking maybe it was just a one time instance I got it a second time and sure enough it was still fishy. So I just stopped coming here for sushi. Three stars are for the hibachi because that is good.

When we first walked in the smell was horrible. It smell like they had used a sour mop. It smell really bad. & oh my God the food taste just as bad as it smell. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this place. They gave three shrimp with rice that was so dry & little to no season. 0 star if you ask me. Never again

Very horrible experience with Hibachi lunch . The host wrote down the wrong order; after making us wait 20 almost 30 minutes for the cook. I spoke with the manager he was no help. Overall my rate for the restaurant is a -10. Do not waste your money or time trying to go. Also the vegetables on my plate is what I mean by hostess wrote the wrong order down.
