I don’t know where all these bad reviews are coming from. We’re originally from NY and this is hands down the best and most CONSISTENTLY great pizza we’ve had in 5 years of living in Florida. The food is consistently amazing, no matter what you get and the service is great. Everyone has an off-day but compared to anyone around, they’re easily the best and most consistent. We’ve been coming here for 2 years. Best ingredients too. Awesome prices. Don’t change a thing!

We have been coming here for years and it never disappoints! The meatball parm, pizza and salads are the BEST in Palm Beach County! If we could rate it higher than a 5 star, we sure would! Sal, the owner is so passionate and friendly and takes pride in everything they serve! If you haven’t tried Basilicos, YOU ARE MISSING OUT!!

Food was great! However it was disappointing to see the pizza maker AND the baker go from using their cell phones to making the pizza. I literally saw both text on their phones put it down and then go back to handling/touching the food. Again the food was great but I will not return … if they’re doing that in your face I wonder what’s going on behind closed doors

I came to pick up some pizzas tonight, and on my way to the car someone knocked me down, and all three pizzas were ruined. Sell the owner not only remade the pizzas but wouldn’t let me pay for them. This is just one of the many reasons why we love this Basillicos and will continue to loyally return. The good is fantastic and so is the service.

Roma pizza was absolutely horrible crust felt like it was a week old. Had 2 slices the whole pie went in the garbage . White pizza I guess was ok my wife ate that . I’ve been going there for years never had bad food . Caprese Salad was good . Meatball was good .They forgot to give us our tiramisu . I’ll be back but it will be awhile have other options in the area

Turnover in front staff: HORRIBLY RUDE young girls who mess up every order I’ve had for weeks now, and rudely refuse to do anything about it. Food has gone downhill. Used to be friendly atmosphere but now they’re all rude. Was a loyal, frequent customer for over 8 years, but we’re done.
