I have ordered delivery from this location twice. The first time everything was normal, this time was weird. I ordered the gluten free (ancient grains) crust, it is clearly overcooked to the point of being burnt. Also I was notified once the pizza was being delivered that it was through the “partner” Grubhub. The problem with that is that I gave the tip through the Papa John’s app and I don’t know if the actual driver received the tip $$. Just some odd occurrences, not sure if I would order here again.

I ordered some pizza tonight for my son and his friends. The order we received had 2 items wrong out of 4 ordered. I immediately called to complain and request the correct items. Whoever answered the phone couldn’t understand my issue. I was very disappointed. Then a manager called me back. She was very nice and said she would send out the correct items right away. While my guest who is gluten free didn’t get any pizza (she had to leave before the replacement items arrived) the replacements arrived quickly and hot. I appreciated that the manager took the time to call me to straighten it out very quickly. Nice recovery!

I am truly impressed with this Papa Johns location! This was my first time ordering here because I do not live in the area. I had the pleasure of ordering today (the day after valentines day) and was overly accommodated. I placed a big order and also asked for the heart shaped pizza to be delivered to my husbands job… which was no longer a special since its after valentines day. Not only were the employees, Driver and Manager Carlos so patient and helpful but they even delivered outside of their range and were able to accommodate my requests. They were fast, efficient and so very friendly. I typically do not go out of my way to write reviews but this amazing costumer service can not go unnoticed. i appreciate your service and will make sure to refer people to you and if i am ever in the area or need to order i will be choosing you! thank you again.

Hit or miss. Most of the time it’s a miss. This is the last straw. I ordered a large cheese pizza. Got home and the pizza was piled with CHEESE and hardly no sauce. It taste like I was eating cheese bread. A big fat man was working that day and I guess he think this is what people like.
