Los Jilbertos is one of the best taqueria in Wildomar. I came for the tacos but my wife says the burritos are epic. I love the fully stoked salsa bar and the crispy carrot escabeche. My favorite taco is the carnitas 100% !

Me and My wife came here for breakfast and I ordered the Machaca Plate and she ordered the Chorizo burrito. First, mine the machaca plate was good but did need some salt. The portion was plentiful!! The Chorizo burrito I didnt taste but my wife said it was ok, but she wouldnt order that again. They have so many other options you can try. Maybe next time I’ll try the rolled tacos. There was a gentleman there who ordered some and they looked great. Oh and the salsa was decent. I prefer the green one and some spicy carrots.

Stopped by from Dino, everyone raves about the asada burrito, but so far the best tasting burrito is the chilli verde burrito! The tables were clean and ready to eat on. The beans and rice in the burrito were tasty. Definitely don’t taste like it came out of a can. Fast and friendly service. Definitely dropping by again if in the area!

Really ginormous carne asada chimichanga (photo added), customized… well made. Great taco shop. Great tasting hot sauce/salsa … hotter than most other shops in the area. Excellent service too!
