The absolute slowest McDonald’s and forgot multiple items on order and did not mix mcflurries. I don’t expect over the top service but this was just sad. I would just wait to leave west seattle. Cold fries suck!

I’ve been a client at this restaurant for months… It’s so disappointing here… Food is done “lazy work, lazy way”. When going in you can see that the kitchen is open at the bare minimum so they don’t have too much to clean. Sandwiches are always cold. Cheese never melted. Fries often chewy. And they are pretty cheap on the quantities. Very disappointing… Go to another location.

The worst location! Would not recommend it here. The manager is very selfish and doesn’t care about customer satisfaction. If they’re having problems with their online orders and they know about it, why are they not trying to accommodate the issues and honor customer orders with proof of receipts? But instead they refused to do anything. I was charged for my order that I didn’t received because they didn’t received the order on their screen but I have my receipt confirmation of my order. Talked to the manager about it and she straight up said NO I can not get my order since it didn’t show up on their damn screen.

If the order screen isn’t on in the drive thru make sure you have them repeat the price of items back to you or ask for a receipt before paying. They charge way more than what the drive thru menu shows, thinking they’re being sneaky with the screen off and people won’t notice. Very dishonest owner.

Go there for lunch a few times and its horrible way over priced for what you get like now cookies are hard as a rock fries taste like they been sitting for awhile and good luck trying to go back if your order is wrong only drive thru is open I mean every other place is open to dine in ..

Ah yes – the McD’s time (and the company) forgot. Probably the worst location I’ve ever been to. But the only one close. I’m not sure their dining room will ever reopen. It’s been closed since the Pandemic started in early 2020. Consistently understaffed and their listed hours of operation (even their app) don’t match.

Even ordering by number at this outlet is a game of chance. They got two out of three sandwiches right. The scrambled eggs on the perfect biscuit were generous. The MCgriddle “bun” kind of dissolved. But my God what a great idea a waffle sandwich loaded with maple tasting syrup! We live in an island and don’t get the wicked fast food but once or so a month, this is a good McDonald’s, for that guilty pleasure. We try to get the breakfasts here.

I’ve been disappointed by this store multiple times because my chicken tastes like it’s really old. I like to order a Mc chicken and nuggets whenever I go and the last couple of times, I haven’t even been able to eat it all because it’s that bad. I feel like calling won’t solve the problem so I thought maybe a review would. Please throw away your old food and make fresh for your customers when necessary. I would rather wait and have good food. Thanks.
