Didn’t know getting straws for water is a big deal and we had to wait for 15 mins (even after a reminder) and got it along with food itself .. the shrimp starter was great and so are the entrees chicken marcala fettuccine and herb-grilled salmon..

The worst Olive Garden I have been to hands down. Took 10 minutes just to have our waitress take our drink orders (we arrived at 3:15 pm). We ordered 2 appetizers, only received one. Then the drinks finally came and she forgot our straws so I had to find another waiter just for that, then she brought out the salad….only problem was we ordered soup. The soup was runny instead of creamy and the flavor was very off. There was an opening in the ceiling with a baking pan up there which was discerning. By the time the food came out we were ready to leave and just got everything to go. When we got home and looked at the food the noodles were dry (I ordered alfredo and even extra sauce) nothing was mixed, the cheese on the kids pizza and the chicken Parmesan was burnt. Very bad experience. This used to be my go to spot but it has clearly gone very downhill. Save your money, cook it at home

Soup came out no broth on it. Was dry. Better get new cook. Spinach had little flavor. Worst meal I had at Olive Garden ever. Hannah was great waitress. She was only bright spot.

Was nicely greeted as I entered the restaurant. Seated quickly. The waiter was very accommodating and good at his job. The food was very good, the seating comfortable. Have been to this Olive Garden many times and not had one bad experience or food that I disliked. That’s why I keep going back!

The service was great and the atmosphere is nice. The reason for 3 stars was because I ordered my steak medium rare and it was served medium. I did not send it back because it tasted fine, but not as good as it would have tasted to me if cooked to what I ordered. Thus, even though there are more 4 stars (service, atmosphere), food is the dominant aspect of the experience.

I absolutely love Olive Garden. On this night in particular, we had a small issue when someone stole my ravioli plate and served it to the wrong table, but, our server made everything better with the way he took care of us. He was really attentive and we were satisfied
