One of the worst experiences I’ve had when it comes to product out of a kitchen, the crazy bread was not only crazy looking but crazy undercooked. I ordered a pretzel pizza with tomato sauce and instead came with a load of nacho cheese and the hot and ready we got was frigid cold. This store needs some serious work with employees sitting outside smoking instead of showing any sign of caring about the food that they sell *notice the pizza cutter needed to even attempt to eat this thing*

I ordered some wings, a pizza & cheesy bread. My cheesy bread sticks were not good at all, they didn’t taste fresh, & they were hard. I did enjoy my pizza, it was very fresh & good. I called to let them know as soon as I got the delivery & sat down to eat. I still haven’t received the refund they promised me 3-5 business days.

Carry-out order was 15 minutes later than the ETA provided during the online order submission. It was the wrong order and I was told it’d take 10 extra minutes to have the correct pizza created. Additionally, the door was locked so I had to call a phone number to inform them their door was locked. This resolved NOTHING. The door stayed locked and nobody came to see why I was standing there. Eventually a customer in the drive-thru noticed and let me squeeze up to the window for recognition and service.

We ordered 2 things, a pepperoni deep dish and crazy bread with sauce…they gave us crazy bread that was burnt so badly that you couldn’t bite into it and 3 of the things that look like pizza but doesn’t have sauce on it (one cheese, one pepperoni and one with bacon on it). We had to drive all the way back, sit in the drive thru that was SO LONG (sat in line for 30 mins to tell them this wasn’t our order), then wait another 10 minutes for new food. The young man working the window was really nice about it (and brought the food out to us when it was ready which we didn’t expect at all), but they must be highly understaffed for them to be so behind on orders and someone in the back is just putting stickers on random boxes and over cooking the crazy bread.

The customer service their is sooo poor. They had me wait 20 minutes for my pizza that I ordered half an hour ahead of time than I had to go back around the drive through to remind them just to get looked at crazy. I’m never going there again.
