Tasty food. Nice employees. We were there when a giant group came in. It was real crowded but the workers kept up pretty well with getting tables ready. I’m not usually a fish eater, but I had some from the buffet and I loved it. Try it out. I think you will enjoy it.

I wasn’t too impressed with the quality of the food. I went on a Friday evening which features a Seafood night buffet for $20. They had a section for the fish along with green beans, corn on the cob, fried chicken strips, onion rings, etc., a section for dessert and ice cream, and a salad bar. All of the food was either deep fried, drowning in butter, or drowning in hot water. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming and was their redeeming quality. It was my first country buffet I had been to in a long time. The quality of the food does decrease as they try to make a large quantity of food for the buffet, that’s understandable. They did have a solid customer base that night and they did seem to be enjoying the food, so maybe it just wasn’t for me.

Went for lunch with my 4 year old. For $10 plus tip we both ate very well! We were disappointed that there really wasn’t any seafood on a Wednesday afternoon – this could be fixed very easily with a sign up front with what’s on the buffet for the day.

The food is decent for the most part. Some of it is just not edible, other is amazing. It is very old and run down especially for the price. It was not worth $20 per person at all. I would not go back or recommend this to anyone. For this price this should be a nice classy sit down restaurant.

Its pretty good for the most. I have not tried everything. Definitely has a typical local restaurant setting to it. If that bothers you then you might want to go somewhere else. The luxuries of Applebees and Ruby Tuesdays is not here. More southern comforts here. The name on the store is a little miss leading, during lunch weekdays is more of a buffet for soul food rather than seafood. The price is not too bad. I gave it a 4 star because I grew up with places like this, local family restaurants. The parking is complicated when busy. Hope you enjoy…

It was great food. I had frog legs, scallops, fish, fried shrimp, fried oysters first round. Fish, fried shrimp, fried oysters and boiled shrimp the second round. Then key lime pie. All this for around 17 bucks. Well worth the drive if you are looking for sea food buffet on Thursday or Friday 5PM to 8:30 PM supper.

Lunch there yesterday was very good. Catfish was very fresh, hot and crispy. The whole Buffett was good to include the desserts. If you walk out of there hungry it’s your own fault. $9 is a good deal for what you get.

The pictures that Google shows are extremely deceiving. They no longer even over the night time seafood buffet from what we were told by the waitress and the lunch buffet did not have one bit of seafood on it. Which I thought was false advertising since the name of the restaurant includes the word seafood. The “home cooking country food” that was offered on the buffet was slopped together and not good at all. Have had gas station food that is amazing, cheaper, and way better than the food offered here. It was my first and last trip ever!

AMAZING. Always good country cooking on their lunch buffet but my favorite is the seafood buffet on the weekend. It’s expensive to me. Anyplace over 15$ a plate is for special occasions in My family. But Rocky Creek is so worth it.. Make your own plate and Try the fresh fried shrimp and their cheese grits first! Don’t forget the boiled crab legs *Delicious.* but they do cost extra.

I don’t eat here too often because I eat too much when I visit. The seafood and sides are always delicious, the buffet is reasonably priced for fresh, and everyone, staff and patrons, is country friendly. You can order off a menu too but you’ll have to ask someone else about that. Best fried seafood in the Wiregrass!
