Food is fine but do not order delivery from this store. Hadn’t ordered from the milford location in a couple months since last time I had the delivery was very delayed. Just did so today and kept an eye out for the delivery (expected 8:45pm)…at 9:50pm I found my delivery on the ground in the dark (barely visible), no call, no text, nothing letting me know when it was delivered, fully cooled down. Like I said, taste’s fine but really disappointed in the thought process on that delivery.

Absolutely an amazing staff here. Always pleasant. Offers plates and napkins every time and even holds the door for customers. Best customer service around by far in the area. Best pizza for the price and portions outweigh dominoes by far.

I have zero faith the two pizzas I attempted to order will show up. Apparently, instead of calling the store down the street I was talking to someone in an Indian call center. It took about 18 minutes to place this order. I was put on hold 15 times. Nothing I said was repeated back to me accurately. It was so frustrating! Rather than continue to correct the operator I just agreed to whatever she was saying and attempted to give her my card info. I’m going to go ahead and get dinner while I wait and see if anything remotely close to what I ordered shows up. I would love to sit in on a board meeting and watch these guys come up with terrible ideas to sink this company.
