This place is delicious. Erin took our order and was patient as we search for our perfect burger. You can add toppings, more cheese, grilled items and so much more. Plus the size of your burger from 1/3 all the way to a 1lb burger. We got french fries which were crispy but not dry on the middle, well seasoned and full of flavor. We got a malted cookies and cream shake. Over all 10/10

Such a great place for a burger! Juicy well made delicious burger. Shake was so dish and creamy, totally worth the calories. Great vegetarian options. Crunchy…salty… fries and tots that pair well with burger and shake. That burger sauce tho! Shayne and Jameson, very kind and friendly. Great service! We will be back!

I’m honestly happy they dropped their merger with Teddy’s because I do feel like Teddy’s did have an completely different business model. At Local bigger Burger they cater to more of a mature population it seems. Although it is a family restaurant, you can come here and enjoy a good craft local beer, Stella on tap and a hot juicy burger with have some adult conversations without feeling like children throwing a baseball and french fries back-and-forth is gonna be a distraction. The staff are so friendly and I really appreciated the hospitality that they gave us last night. Delicious crunchy sides and of course the meat and toppings are definitely premium. I did get one of their signature burgers but the staff here will provide some specialties if you ask if you ask.

The service was honestly horrendous. When we were ordering, the phone rang so the cashier picked it up while also grabbing our receipt and proceeded to crumple it up. He also waited until after the call to hand us our drink cups. After 5-10 minutes from ordering the guy walks up to say they’re out of eggs and ask what we would like instead. I said to just add some extra fries and we’ll call it good, mind you I ordered tater tots while someone else ordered fries in our order. When the food came, my burger was missing the tater tots and the pretzel bun we paid for. I had to go up and ask for the bun which they just put in the basket with the extra fries. I have never been to a place so poorly managed/organized and I am outraged at the bill being $50 for 2 burgers, fries and fountain drinks when the order was wrong so many times.

Used to love this place (even when it was local bigger burger post-teddy’s) but had a bad experience a few months ago. Hopeful that it was a one time issue, we returned today to give it another try. Food came out pretty quick but they were out of fries, one of our sandwiches was wrong, and the shakes didn’t come out until we were finished with our food. And we received 2 small shakes instead of the medium and small we ordered. We didn’t complain to staff because this place is serially understaffed and obviously poorly managed. We will not be blowing $50 for two people here and receiving a wrong order for a third time, shame.

I’d like to start by saying that this place was good. The food I got was very tasty! That said, I do not live in Seattle but I travel here frequently for work. This place was fairly close to my Airbnb (Greenlake) and I was in the mood for a good burger! As I walked in, I was looking at the digital menu screen. All the burgers looked amazing, they also all looked like they had full toppings. So I stepped up and said hello to the friendly young gal taking orders. I ordered a burger from one of the photos as it looked amazing. I did a combo and they had an item called “Beer Buddies”. I stated “I’ve never been here before, what are beer buddies?” Turns out, they are cheese stuffed tater tots – life changing lol. Seriously those were incredible. Anyway, I finished my transaction, got my food, and left. When I got back to the Airbnb, I opened the burger container to find a burger of just meat, cheese, bacon, and sauce. One of the best parts of a great burger is the fresh produce toppings! So I was pretty disappointed that there wasn’t any veggies on it. I’m surprised that guests are not told they have to specify if they want toppings. Sadly, being in an Airbnb, I didn’t have any of my own that I could add. All that said, I ate it all, and it was delicious! But I imagine it would have been exceptional had the actual fixins been on it. So if you choose here, which I think you should, just make sure you specify all that you want on the burger rather than just ordering it by name. And seriously, get the beer buddies!
