Rating on a recenting Uber Eats order that I was never allowed to log a review for. Everything was awful. The so-called pot stickers were barely cooked, the pasta was ok but there were way too many noodles and not much else. It was just meh. No where near as good as what I remembered when I last ordered from them a couple years ago.

Food any everything is fine here, but their customer service is pretty bad. I asked for a Pesto Cavatappi, a drink, and a rice krispy. They have a make a meal deal where the drink and rice krispy should be $3.85. When I looked at my receipt later, they had charged me $6 for the drink and side, when I asked them about it, they said that the cashier rang it as two separate items, and that I should have used the words “Make it a meal” and would not refund the difference despite catching it only a few seconds after it was rang up. Just kind of a scummy trap that they have.

If I could rate it a 0 I would. Our food (2 Macs and a buttered noodle) came out ice cold. The cheese wouldn’t even melt. There was no other customers, the employees on their phone so there wasn’t a reason for the food to be cold as it was.

Location was good but the last 3 visits we have gotten our food to go. Each time there is no napkins, no utensils to eat and its all thrown in the bag with cheese sauce all over. I shouldn’t have to wipe everything off and find something to eat with. I’d rather go to the crystal one at this point even though it’s a bit further.

I’ve never eaten Noodles and Co before. The first time I do, I get halfway through my bowl and find some hairs stuck on the inside of the bowl. I picked it up, showed my boss and we were both grossed out. The food was good but there was hair in it.

Drove all the way here just to see a sign on the door that they are accepting mobile orders only. They really need to figure out a way to update the website or have google reflect this. My wallet was stolen and I needed to cancel all my cards, so for the time being I can only use cash. The restaurant refused to take cash so I drove all the way over here and wasted my lunch break for nothing. Further, the only other time I have come to this location my order was messed up. I do not recommend this noodles and company at all.
