I was just here at 8:03 a.m today and watched the girl making food drop the tray that goes into the oven on the floor pick it back up and put it on the counter then used the tray to cook food on it. Worst employees at Duncans inside Mobil … only good thing is they’re open 24/7 but the so called manager is rude and nasty to customers! Seriously surprised she still works there! I know many customers that complain but since she’s the boss i guess she gets away with it!!!

Do not order espresso from this location. They pre-brew it when you’re not supposed to and they let it sit. Espresso is supposed to be brew to order. When coffee sits for a certain amount of time, it breaks down. They still use the espresso even after it’s been sitting there awhile. It’s disgusting. Please do not do it to yourself. Go to another Dunkin and get a fresh latte.

I usually go to the dunkins by Market Basket but I tried this one out today. The manager was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. As someone who has worked in customer service for 7 years, I was baffled by the attitude of this woman. She didn’t have a name tag but she was working at 10 AM and today is Sunday. She was so rude to everyone in line and specifically to my mom. If you want dunkins I recommend any other one in the area. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I usually go late at night so my review might not reflect what goes on during the day, but this is a pretty good Dunkin’. Drinks are always made well and quickly, the staff is nice, and it is incredibly convenient that it is open 24 hours.
