It’s like making a pit stop at Mom’s, (on your way to wherever), and she has all the fresh fixings to make you that deliciously, satisfyingly, and seemingly elusive hot dog you just know you won’t get from any other place. And if you think that other place is really good, there, I have no doubt that it is. However, you might want to give Sam’s Hotdog House a try. Its my very first visit and after reading down the menu, I decided to get something way different. The Polish with Kraut and a little mustard. One bite and I was inspired to write this review.

The food was ok. The fritos boat was yummiest. The wonderful and delightful ladies were awesome. The banana milkshake was good, if they added strawberry omg yum. The pineapple shake was ok – lots of pulp on the bottom.

Delicious dogs! Went in for a quick bite to feed hungry kiddos. Very quick service and lovely staff. We got the colossal and the hot link. They are Miller’s supplied and perfectly seasoned. Recommend the kraut as well. But the best surprise was the Banana Milkshake…. deLIGHTful!!! Kid approved. We also had a lovely chat with Pat and coworker. They have been in the area forever and gave us a little neighborhood history lesson. Grateful for ladies like them.

This was my first time coming here this week by a friend who invited me over to lunch. Never enjoyed a good delicious hot dog like Sam’s Dog House. Will be definitely be back with my family !! Nice owners there so sweet to meet !!

Friendly service… Old-school type place! Good dogs! When you pull up for the 1st time and you got 2 fire engines from the local fire department ordering… you know the place is legit! Had polish, hot-links, and a beer dog.. all were good! Don’t wait to log or the buns get soggy but was still a good lunch! I would come back!
