Living here in Fenton we have a lot of pizza places to pick from.. but, I can tell you Hungry Howie’s for over 2 years has just simply nailed it. They make a better pizza than the other pizza shops here in town. This is the one and only pizza store in Fenton to get your pizza from.

Worst customer service of any pizza restaurant! They mess up and act like you are actually putting them out to fix THEIR mistake. Delivery driver was awesome and super sweet it was the woman, maybe the manager I spoke to about the mistake. She didn’t apologize, said we could get a refund or it delivered and of course I wanted it delivered? So she sighed and said in a sarcastic, off putting tone, “yup, ok I’ll have him bring it”. As if I was putting HER out? You have some of the highest priced pizzas around with the highest delivery charge…do better!

30 for large pizza with howie bread..seems a little steep..even when the cashier said she was putting in coupons to lower the price..the company lies and the food isn’t that great..probably never again..

The last order I received from here ended up going in the trash. There was so much garlic seasoning on the crust and bread sticks that it burned your mouth. No human would want to eat it. I made a complaint to corporate but never got a response.

The food was actually really good and the delivery driver was also awesome. The issue I had was when I called to order the gentleman that took my order barely spoke English and totally screwed up my order and address. I wanted to pay with credit card, but he didn’t understand and had an issue understanding the numbers I was giving him. When the driver arrived he told me the calls go to a call center in India and for future reference press 5 to get someone at the store. Like I said the store did great, but the call center SUCKS!

On our first order, we paid for 5 pizzas and got 4. We were put in the books for a replacement at a later time as we didnt notice until we were back home with hungry guests. After ordering again to use the pizza we were owed-we returned home to hungry guests to find it was made wrong. The worst part is, the manager (Sandy) made us feel like we were lying. Telling us the pizza that was “supposedly” made wrong was checked by her personally. I drove the 20 minutes right back there to show her the error they, indeed, made. The customer service was something I’ve never experienced before. After 90 minutes if driving there and back twice and 1/4 tank of gas-Dominos across the street might be a better option.

Order from here frequently. Ordered a pizza online and waited an hour. Online tracker said it was delivered. There was no knock or food outside my door. Called and explained this to the person who answered. They checked with the driver and told me it was delivered to the correct address. I repeated that there was no food delivered to my address. I double checked online that my address was entered correctly and it was as the person confirmed it. They gave me to a manager who I had to repeat 3 times to the manager that I had no food and I paid for it and waited an hour. Manager Sarah said that the driver delivered it to the correct address. I again said I have no food that I paid for and waited for. Manager said she’ll have it remade and re delivered in 10 to 15 minutes. How did my original order take an hour to be made and delivered (to the wrong address) but now it only takes 10 minutes..? Does not seem right. Really unhappy with the way this went. Will see how food comes out if it comes.

The pizza sauce was much more tomatoe-y than usual. Did Hungry Howie’s change their recipe or tomato sauce? I ordered a large round pizza. I didn’t like it.
